Turns out it was a clog in my drain for the AC. I was totally prepared to drop over $1000 for the repair no questions asked and these guys were honest and helpful! Two qualities that are hard to come by. Maybe they only got 95 bucks from me this time, but they earned a customer! Great Job.

They came out and got to work discovering the problem. They worked the entire time. They were polite and thorough.

This was the first time we have used this company., We were pleased with the way they responded when we called. Mike and Tom were professional and polite. They explained the problems and gave us choices on how to fix them. We will definitely call them the next time we need something done.

TJ and Matt were awesome. I have found my new plumbers!! I have been through a few plumbers in the past but Plumbing Innovators was the best I have ever seen. They were prompt,friendly very thorough and extremely neat. My house was a mess from moving but they were able to complete the job and it looks awesome. Now if the power goes out I am covered. I felt as though the price was fair enough for what they had to do. they explained everything very thoroughly and completely. They even made sure I understood what they were explaining and that I was not confused or that I had no further questions. PLUMBING INNOVATORS - THEY ARE AWESOME.

Josh and Matt were very friendly and professional. They explained everything to me and showed me what they were doing. I was a bit surprised at the price of the pump, but I did not price one on my own so I did not know what to expect honestly. They asked me if I wanted to wait and get another opinion....being that they had a nearly superior rating on Angies List and that it was involving my septic system and was a semi emergency and that I just happened to have the day off, I went with their work. They ensured everything was done correctly and check to ensure everything was working properly. I would recommend the company and will call them again if I have a need.

They were very responsive, coming right out after we called. Once the blockage was cleared, we also had them replace the builder's grade sump pump and fix a toilet. The guys were professional, friendly, and did great work. We will be using them again in the future.

I called Plumbing Innovators through a search request from Angie's List and told them I had a Badger 5xp sinkerator that needed to be replaced. Badger ship a new one to me for half price and Clay installed the new one. The service was excellent and I believe I have found a new plumber for my residence should I need to call on one again.

Great service. Called this morning and they happened to have time to come at 9am. Technicians Chris and Clay were very courteous, professioinal and took care of the problem. As homeowners we tried to snake the toilet and to no avail, so it was great to have the problem fixed in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. Also, I brought up upgrading my toilet since it was a cheap builder grade and both techs were very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the better type of toilets out there. Would recommend Plumbing Innovators to anyone.

The two guys sent to us were exceptional! very knowledge and explained everything as they went about repair and replacement. Provided additional expert knowledge on my septic alarm system, which will be helpful in the future. These two were a breath of fresh air from normal service providers I have dealt with in this area.

Great service! I'm so glad I found this company (through Angie's List)! Had a leak in the Laundry Room going out to the garage. Called Plumbing Innovators and they came out within hours. Fixed the leak and then returned two days later to replace some pipes. Very professional, courteous, punctual. I will definitely call them whenever I need a plumber. Highly recommended!!

TJ and his helper (forgot name) were outstanding I called the Plumbing Innovators at 7:45 this morning (01/13/2016) and I was told they would be here between 10am-12pm. TJ called me about 20 minutes later and said they could come by 8:30am. TJ arrived on time and found my leak and had the leaked fixed and water turned back on. Great job and very professional.

The basement ceiling was removed where the water from the dishwasher and/or refrigerator had leaked to determine if there were any additional issues. The refrigerator pike needed a shut off value and that was done. The guys cleaned up the mess. I will use this company again.

BEYOND EXCELLENT!!!! Both Michael and Thomas were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and a lot of fun! They tested the water in the house and made recommendations from the findings. The recommendations were able to be done in one visit and the water quality is better than it has EVER been! I can't thank them enough or say enough good things about the technicians or the company. If you need a plumber that is dependable, reasonably priced and can get the job done, this is the company you need to call!

This by far was the best money spent on a repair. the guys know the plumbing business and get the job done right the first time. if you need a plumber PLEASE contact them first. They are not in the overprice, rip you off business they are it get it repaired and make you happy with the work and service they preform. great jobs GUYS

Even though I was a new customer, they came out within hours of my call on a Saturday. I thought that my hot water heater was leaking, as there was water everywhere. Turns out that my water filtration system overflow pipe was laying on the floor and as the system went through it's regeneration cycle gallons of water was pumping out on the floor. The service tech told me that this was the water leakage problem. However, the leaking had rotted the floor under the hot water heater and rusted out the bottom of it. Plumbing Innovators gave me an estimate, they stuck with that estimate and even told me about a 5% off coupon on Angie's list that saved me $97! My new hot water heater has a six year warranty. All the work was performed professionally and in a timely fashion. They cleaned up everything. Even came back to raise the hot water temperature for no charge. I highly recommend them and will definitely call them again!

TJ and Josh came to our house this morning to replace the two faucets and fix the two toilets. While looking at the job we also mentioned that the sump pump seemed to be draining more than usual. When they looked inside they discovered that our water heater was leaking... They said they could do all the jobs today and stayed much later than anticipated to complete the job. They explained everything that they were doing along the way so I had an understanding of what was wrong and how they were fixing it. They were on time, friendly, patient and helpful! I cannot recommend them enough.

We called Monday morning and by noon, he was at the house. I really appreciated quick response. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. He took the time to explain how to clear a clogged disposal using an allen wrench...we had no idea we could do that!. After he was finished, he cleaned up the area under the sink, even though it was already dirty before he showed up. Thanks for the quick, same-day response and professional job.

The morning of the appointment, I received a confirmation call and within 30 minutes Clay showed up. What a great job! He realized he'd have to cut into drywall, cut a hole just big enough to work in and although confronted with a small, enclosed work area did a fabulous job replacing a section of copper pipe. Throughout he explained to me exactly what he was doing, what the challenges were and how he was going to attempt to solve them. Very professional!

Called Friday morning and described the problem. Was told first appointment was Monday. But offered to send someone if I could wait until later in the day. I had given up and then came the call at 1630 that they would be there in an hour. They were right on time. Since THEY ARE PROFESSIONALS (Caps for emphasis), they diagnosed the problem in a heartbeat. They had to replace the drain and overflow gaskets and tighten the fittings. Hole through wall board will be a snap to fix - other plumbers have left a big mess. Of course they wore plastic boots to minimize dirt. These guys are now my first choice for a plumber whether it be an emergency repair or a planned plumbing improvement. Did I mention they have a 1 year guarantee and 5% discount for Angies List members? No I am not an ermployee. Just a very satisfied customer.

This is a great company in my opinion. I called them on a Friday night after we were not able to keep our pilot light lit on our hot water heater. Richie answered the phone and told me someone would call me on Saturday morning between 8 and 8:30 to schedule a time to come out and look at the water heater. Matt called us as promised on Saturday at 8:30 and was at my house within 15 minutes. He was very polite and professional. He gave us an estimate for the repair as well as an estimate for replacing the water heater in the future. For now we chose to just replace the broken Thermocouple at the cost of $185. Matt fixed the water heater very fast and explained everything to us. He cleaned everything up and within an hour we had hot water again! We will definately call Plumbing Innovators again for our plumbing needs. It was so nice to get the owner of the company on the phone who really cared about our issue and helped us to resolve it so quickly especially on a weekend. Thank you Richie and Matt!!

Matt & Justin were a great team. I called the morning of 5/26, and by that afternoon they were at my house to fix the broken pipe. They were very patient with me while I was trying to coordinate with the water damage company and homeowners insurance. Matt & Justin offered me up 2 methods to either replace/reinstall the pipe or to repair using similar products and priced out both options on the spot. They explained in layman's terms what each job would consist of and the pros/cons of both to help me make an informed decision. Both were very professional, we're patient with me, and worked well alongside the other contractor on site. I would definately use Plumbing Innovators in the future.

Clay was right on time, professional, and extremely knowledgable. He took his time out and explained exactly his train of thought and potential solutions to resolve the issue. Clay, with a little bit of deductive reasoning was able to find that the source of the knocking was from a drying fan recently installed under the house that was knocking against the pipes. While learning what the source of the sound could be, Clay walked with new around the front of my property and pointed out several missing key elements of my house's water system. He gave me some ideas on how to correct them. Since the source of the sound came from an element other than a plumbing issue, Clay stated that he could not/would not charge me anything for the house visit. I insisted, but he again declined. The level of service from Plumbing Innovators has blown me away. I will ALWAYS recommend them and encourage others to use them for their plumbing needs. I hope I won't have to call a plumber again for a long, long time, but if I need one... I will call Plumbing Innovators.
