Mike and Thomas were very professional. When removing the old hot water heater; there were a little drips of water and Mike quickly cleaned it up. They kept their work area cleaned and removed any debris when they were finished.

They tech really understood water systems and filtration systems (and ours is complicated). In the end, he gave me a good education and came up with a solution to economically fix the immediate problem and educated me on some long term improvements we could make.

On a Saturday afternoon my water heater was leaking water all over and needed replacement. I called and I got a ballpark figure for prices over the phone with details on what the job would entail. Mike came out first thing Sunday morning. He was responsive, professional, informative and very pleasant to work with. He did a great job and I would definitely recommend them.

It was very good. We just have not used them yet. We are actually selling a house. They were very helpful and courteous. I really liked them. We are selling the house so we are not going to use them. If we were to use anyone, I would use them. They were very competitive. They were actually a little more knowledgeable on the type of system that we use.

Wonderful--I would like to be selfish and keep this company my secret but they are too great and need to sing their praise. Professional, courteous, and listened to my requests. explained the work that needed to be done and also recommended the well pump be replaced as it was aging. I told them I would like it repaired so once in working order, I could place it under my home warranty. They accommodated my wishes and fortunately the pump worked after rewiring. Very professional Master Plumber and assistant. Called me ahead of time as I requested and went to the side door, as I requested. You can not believe how often people disregard and don't call ahead of time to allow me to put my dogs away. I now have a go-to plumber in my area that I can trust to diagnose and fix any plumbing issue the first time and a reasonable cost. Mike and Josh were outstanding. Thank you!

The plumber replaced a PVC pipe coming from shower drain with a glorified rubber radiator hose! Really, I am supposed to close my ceiling with that as a permanent fix? They replaced the shower drain before measuring and fitting the replacement pipe. Instead of uninstalling the drain and putting in a replacement pipe they went the lazy way and put a rubber adapter with 2 metal hose clamps. I have to hire someone else to fix their original job. Very expensive as well. Go with someone else!

Clay came out and diagnosed the problem and finally figured out that the pressure for the air bladder inside the storage tank was incorrect and was causing the fail safe on the pressure switch to malfunction. He fixed the pressure in the air bladder and then taught me how to turn the pressure switch back on in case this happened again during the weekend. Overall Clay was extremely professional and even explained everything several times so that I would understand what he was doing and what the problem was. I would definitely call them again!

Clay was the technician who showed up Saturday afternoon and quickly diagnosed that our 16 year old pump did need to be replaced. Could I have found a lower price by getting multiple bids; maybe. Did I appreciate Clay's promptness, courtesy and professionalism; definitely. Besides, preventing a sewage back-up into our home was high on the priority list (need to have, not want to have), not to mention it was a cold, snowy Saturday. So, we agreed for the work to be done. Casey completed the job quickly and efficiently. He answered all of our questions. We appreciated the great, friendly service on a weekend. Highly recommend and would use again.

Even though it was very late in the day, TJ and Matt were patient and thorough trying to find the source of the leak. Although it turned out to be a bigger issue than just a leaky pipe, which was out of their ability to address, TJ took the time to explain in detail what they found. If I should need a plumber in the future, I would not hesitate to call them again.

The repair they did needed to be done and was inexpensive, but did not fix the problem.

We were on a very tight schedule as the countertop was on its way to the house within a few hours. I called Plumbing Innovators to see if someone could come assist my husband with replacing the valve and fixing the water lines there in our kitchen. Within literally 30 minutes the plumber was at our house and working on the problem. Considering the extremely fast turn around time, basically an "emergency" type call, I feel the prompt and excellent service was worth the cost. The fee was very reasonable as well. I appreciated the super prompt arrival of the plumber!

Started bad, but ended with the best experience ever.... Plumber didn't show at appointed time -- when we called, he had been diverted to an "emergency call". When Mike, another PI tech, showed up, he was VERY PROFESSIONAL, courteous, and apologetic for the late arrival. He easily completed the repairs, cleaned-up after himself, waited for the repairs to set, and tested the pipes for leaks, all without a drop of water on the floor. He not only took the Angie's List coupon without any questions, he discounted the repair because of the late arrival. Repair was definitely cheaper than the repairs I would have needed if I did it myself. Responsiveness and punctuality ratings are not a reflection of PI or Mike's work, but represent the delay in completing the repair.... I would hire PI again.
