Description of Work: new outside spout incorrectly installed....the spout pointed upward and it should have poinsted down to have the water flow correctly..wanted anonther 350.00 to correct it>?

Description of Work: I had a toilet that flushed slow which I called another plumber for first. He was able to narrow it down to a problem with the septic system, but that stepped outside his specialty, so I gave Plumbing Innovators a call. | |First - and perhaps most impressive - was the speed in which they were able to make it to the house - they made it there faster than a pizza could have! The team they sent was very professional, polite, and informative. They wrote me an estimate on the spot and gave me three options ranging in price for what I would like done. | |They ended up replacing a faulty float switch in my septic tank, completely rewiring it and waterproofing it to guard against future damage. I don't really have a basis for comparison on cost as I've never had this done before, but it seemed fair considering the plumber before didn't really do any physical work to fix the problem and it still cost me about $150. | |In short, they were ultra responsive (even though I reported this as a non-emergency), and did what I thought was great work for a fair price.

Description of Work: Repaired back flow valve on water line. explained every detail that they were going to do. Tech Matt also explained other plumbing details when i told them i had not had a house in 30 years.

Description of Work: I last had Plumbing Innovators on a service call TODAY!!! Called Sat when I first saw water leaking from a copper waste water pipe in my basement. Called again Sun with more specific observations and asked that my Tuesday appointment be changed to Monday PM. Ritchie took all my calls himself, listened attentively and responded to my concerns with very calm, reassuring guidance. As promised TJ called and came early Monday afternoon, carefully examined my basement pipes, fully explained what had happened and what needed to be done to fix it, attached a temporary rubber sleeve and confirmed that the leak was contained. He will show Ritchie the pictures he took of my copper pipes and explain the issues - they will decide the best approach, Ritchie will write a SOW and call me with an estimate. |I first learned to trust Plumbing Innovators several years ago when they estimated replacement of my 350+ foot water line and came up with the most comprehensive SOW at the most reasonable price - their follow-up attention to trench settling was remarkable. I have used them exclusively ever since and know that all work done by Plumbing Innovators will be done right the first time at the most reasonable cost - I would not ever consider using another plumbing company!
