Discovered a leak in my basement ceiling. Contacted Plumbing Innovators and spoke directly to a person who could be at my home within the hour. The technician investigated and found the leak coming from a punctured pipe in my kitchen. The technician repaired two punctures. The response was on time and the potential work and price were explained up front. The repairs were completed, the techinician cleaned up the area, and waited around to ensure I was satisfied with the repairs.

Paul & Kevin arrived abt two hrs ahead of schedule - which was very gratifying considering our situation with the leak of unknown origin. They were cheerful, courteous, professional and to the point. They used the booties - even in our unfinished basement. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a mechanical failure of our dishwasher - and told us it was a no charge diagnosis. This on top of us already knowing that Plumbing Innovators doesn't charge for their visit alone.

Owner Ritchie came out a couple of days prior to work being done to review job. Provided an email estimate of $485.00. He called early day of service to say plumbers should arrive between 12 & 1. They were prompt and professional. Took very good care to ensure counter top was cut down appropriately and did not chip or break. Were friendly and informative keeping me informed while job progressed. As job was completing T.J. noticed a small leak under the cabinet and suggested valve replacement. Additional work was completed quickly resulting in an additional $85 charge. They took care to vacuum and clean up the bedroom work area upon completion. Overall I was very pleased with their work.

An appointment was made on 2/7/2013 for 2/8/2013. They called me a couple of times during the day of the service to let me know they were available earlier if it was convenient with me. It was very convenient for them to give me an even better appointment time. They wore booties to ensure the working area was clean. They had a part which they said was scratched and returned it to the store to get a perfect product. They not installed the part on the tub but were able to perform another service I requested. The estimate was right on target, the service was excellent, they explained everything they did and were very polite and professional. I would highly recommend them to others and I will use them again if another situation arises.

Plumbing Problem: My experience with Plumbing Innovators, Inc. could not have been better. I never give reviews but this time I had to. My house was built with Quest pipes which had a class action lawsuit in the 90's and therefore Quest parts are no longer produced. The builders of my home had built a relatively large hot and cold manifold made of plastic which was a nightmare to deal with according to the other 6 plumbers that came to my house to provide estimates. Each plumber that came out before Plumbing Innovators was shocked at how my manifold was built and let me know that it was not an easy task and that it would be expensive to replace. Plumbing Innovators was the last company that I called after seeing their good ratings and reviews on Angie's list and their A rating on the Better Business Bureau website. Experience with Estimate for the Job: When Richie the owner answered the phone and I told him what I was dealing with he knew exactly what I was talking about and had experience replacing these old Quest Manifolds. In fact he mentioned that he had just replaced one the same week. He was able to provide an estimate for me within hours. His estimate was very fair. His price was actually comparable to the independent plumbers that had come to my house. I was very happy with his estimate and willingness to apply a discount to the estimate which really helped me out. Experience with turnaround time and Parts: I apologized after calling him a few more times with questions and he reassured me that I could call as often as I needed, and that he understood this was a big investment for me. He was very personable over the phone. He ordered the parts right away. It only took 2 days for the parts to be delivered and he sent me an email each day to keep me posted on the status of the parts. He called me to schedule an appointment as soon as he knew the parts were about to arrive. Experience with Plumbers that completed the Job: The two plumbers that he sent out to complete the job, TJ & Kevin, were great! Very personable and knew what they were doing. They called me to let me know they were on their way. When they arrived they didn't put on the little shoe covers until right before they walked into the door. TJ handed me the business card as I opened the door identifying himself. They were very nice and knowledgeable. They explained everything that they were about to do and showed me the material that they were going to use. They cleaned the area before starting to make sure they didn't track anything in the house. Drywall needed to be cut and they made sure not to cut anymore then necessary and did a very neat job so that it wouldn't take as much to fix (they provided the name and # of a drywall contractor when they were finished). They did an excellent job, they explained everything thoroughly, They cleaned the work area very well when they were finished. They made sure that I was happy with everything before they left. TJ even followed up with a phone call to make sure that everything was still OK! I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to friends and familiy. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. It feels good to know that you recieved a great service and product for a great price. And trust me I am not the easiest person to please.

Plumber arrived on schedule and gave me a well informed list of my options for handling the problems. When the small pump they were using to help drain the tank died, he called in reinforcements to remove it from the basement up a flight of stairs and out the door. The owner also came by to check up on the work and to be sure I was happy with the work's progress. Repair was completed the same day and they left the room spotless!

I'd say overall it was a pleasant experience. I had previously called and set up a tentative appointment on the phone, pending an email from me with my contact information. Well, I sent the email the same day and they missed it somehow, which caused them to no-show, no-call on the appointment. I decided to call them back a week or two later and things went well from there. The person showed up on-time and the work was completed same day. I'd use them again.

I called Plumbing Innovators on Friday to ask about having a kitchen faucet installed. We agreed on a service time of Monday between 11:00 AM. - 1:00 PM. They wanted to come out sooner, but I was unavailable. TJ and Kevin called at 9:00 AM on Monday and asked if I would like them to get there early because their schedule had opened up. I was very happy about that! They arrived at about 9:20, pulled on their blue booties over their street shoes, and got to work. They listened carefully to what my concerns were and asked detailed questions about potential problems. The faucet was installed beautifully. Before they set the faucet in permanently, they asked how it looked to me -- its alignment and placement. It was fine, but I appreciated that they sought my input, since I'm the one who has to look at it every day. I also requested that TJ set the pullout sprayer to its maximum extension. He did exactly what I asked, cheerfully and quickly, without any fuss. While under the sink, TJ saw a Studor vent that had, uhhh, a latex glove over the top. He suspected that the diaphragm had quit working, so someone just capped it off to eliminate potential sewer gas/smells from entering the house. I'm pretty sure the latex glove-fix wouldn't meet code. :-) TJ pulled a Studor vent off his truck and installed it. Problem solved! The guys inspected a toilet I was concerned about, explained its workings to me, and we decided it was fine as it was. Next they looked at my water filter system, asked me questions about how it was working, and will email me an cost estimate to replace the old system with a newer, more efficient one. Finally, we walked outside to inspect the well head. They gave me some advice on what to suspect if certain problems cropped up and things to look out for. At no time did they try to hard sell or even up-sell me on services or products. They were happy to answer questions and show me what they were doing. They removed all the old parts and pieces that I didn't want and left the kitchen completely clean. It's obvious that they take pride in their work and are total professionals. I sent out an email to the other homeowners in my neighborhood giving Plumbing Innovators a big thumbs up. I am very, VERY happy with this company and will definitely use them again.

We were pleased with the estimate they provided, but it was their knowledge & professionalism that drove our decision to hire this team rather than the others. We would definitely use them again for ANY plumbing needs!

Plumbing Innovators came in and fixed the problem efficiently, professionally, and even took the time to explain some of the inherent problems with our system (its a mid-1940's house with original plumbing) and provide advice to keep us from having the same problems again.

We had attempted to replace the shower control on our own. We didn't have the proper tools and we got it partially apart and in so doing broke one of the pipes leading to the shower control valve in the wall. We had our main water shut off in the house and called Plumbing Innovators late in the afternoon. Josh came out right away and had the problem fixed by 7PM. Josh was very professional, courteous, and cleaned up after his work. We were very pleased that we called Plumbing Innovators and Josh.

Installed a gas line for an outside firepit and grill. He also came back to tie in my sprinkler system when I messed up. He is willing to assist and answer questions for the do it yourselfer. He is also there if the job is out of your scope or you just flub up. Great business!

We called on a Tuesday evening (just after 5PM) to report the problems (after not hearing back from another plumber that we had called the prior Friday) and Plumbing Innovators told us they were very busy on Wednesday, but would try to squeeze us in, but if not, they would be here first thing Thursday morning. One of the plumbers called about noon on Wednesday to see if they could come over in about 30 minutes. He arrived when he said he would and gave us a price quote for the work - trying to unjam a garbage disposal and clearing a clogged toilet. He also quoted the price for replacing the garbage disposal in case he was not able to get it working. After spending a few minutes trying to unjam the disposal, he let us know that the disposal needed replacing. We agreed with his assessment and authorized him to replace the unit. He had a name brand disposal in a sealed box with him on the truck and was able to replace the disposal immediately. After completing the disposal replacement, he quickly cleared the clogged toilet. The plumber wore shoe covers while in the house. He also cleaned up after himself. We will continue to use Plumbing Innovators and recommend them to friends and family in the area

I have just recently purchased a new home in the area and noticed the water line had a tiny inline filter that could not keep up with the amount of sand being pulled from the well. Josh from Plumbing Innovators came out the same day I called for an estimate (which is free) and not only had a solution, but tested the water for any other deposits and pH levels. He was fair and honest with the test, and did not try to over sell expensive equipment that was unneeded (softeners, neutralizers, etc). The solution to my problem was a sand separator that removes all sand before bladder tank and a 20", 20 micron whole home filter that can last from 6-12 months. I was able to order the parts separately after making sure everything was ok with the plumbers (Josh and Richie) and Josh was able to make it out about 10 days later. This delay was due to shipping delays on parts and scheduling confilicts, neither reflecting negatively on Plumbing Innovators. After Josh arrived, work was professional, thorough, and meticulously done; You could tell Josh and his coworker Clay took pride in their work. They also installed a new pressure gauge, pressure relief valve, and increased the well pressure to 45-65psi. After the job was complete everything was cleaned up, double checked, and gone over to ensure proper operation and understanding of the system.

They did a great job. They were customer service oriented and informative - they kept us in the know throughout the process. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would recommend them to others.

He was very good and came out in timely manner even though they were busy. He was professional and the price reasonable for what he did. If there were parts that he needed he was able to call in and get them delivered to him so he did not have to stop working. He went above and beyond the call of duty. I cannot say enough good things about him and I would highly recommend him.

Plumbing Innovators responded, checked out the handful of problems that could have caused the faucet to function properly and determined it to be a faulty internal washer/valve. He explained to me that it would be more cost efficient to replace the faucet with a new one instead of having the old one repaired. Since I rent, the technician did all the coordinating with the rental property agency and homeowner to obtain approval to replace the entire faucet with a new one. During the replacement, the technician was thorough, did not rush the job, and remained focused on ensuring the faucet was installed correctly. Once installed, he cleaned up the work space and left no evidence of dirty water, teflon tape, etc. Afterwards, he took a few minutes to explain the operation of the new faucet, and also explained some concerns he saw with the way the sink drain pipes were installed (he was not impressed) and just pointed out if there were any future leaks, to investigate the drainage pipes first as a possible source. I did not pay anything for this service because maintenance repairs is covered by the homeowner. This is the second visit from Plumbing Innovators (first had to do with a toilet) where I have been impressed in the excellent service they've performed. They are thorough, well-trained, experienced, and professional in their conduct and performance. They take the time to explain the work do be done and have an open mind to questions or concerns from the customer.
