Plumbing Innovators - Fredericksburg

From the start Richard was very responsive and in fact had a good idea of what needed to be done during our initial phone conversation. TJ came by to conduct the evaluation of the work that needed to be done. TJ was prompt and arrived at a time that was most convenient with me. He provided me with a FREE estimate and gave me enough honest feedback to make an education decision. I did not feel as if he were there to find anything else he could try to convince us to repair. I agreed on what I wanted to move forward with and the worked would have been done the same day but he had to order special parts for the shower valves. A few days later TJ was back as promised and the work completed promptly. If you are looking for a plumber, please look no further as this is a solid company that all homeowners in this area should deal with.. You can trust them.. totally. I have found a company I can say will be our go to guys from now on. Other Plumbing places need to take note and understand that Plumbing Innovators has not forgotten what matters most.... Keeping the client first! Anyone that lives in Stafford should make sure to have these come out to provide you with an estimate.

Paul Swisher made the initial service call, diagnosed the problem and provided the estimate. T.J. Harmon returned to remove the old commode, do the installation, and take the old commode for disposal. In both cases, the service person called first, arranged for an exact time to visit the residence, put on protective covers for their shoes. They were polite, professional, and were interested in performing the work correctly to the customer's satisfaction. t. J. Harmon cleaned up the work area in the bathroom, departed with the old commode and left the custom seat as requested.

I called about noon and they said they could be out in two hours and they were. They had to snake our kitchen drain all the way to the crawl space under our house, almost 75ft. Our kitchen drain has never ran so well in eleven years. They also advised us on what to do to keep it running smoothly so they wouldn't need to come back. They also fixed two drains in our bathroom sinks and replaced the stoppers in both. Luckily they also stopped a leak from an incorrect washer that we had put in under the kitchen sink.

We have had Plumbing Innovators out to the house on several occasions, as the house we recently purchased is starting to show its age. They have been out to our house no fewer than 4 or 5 times. Of those visits, we've had two different technicians. Both technicians were extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Of the variety of plumbing problems we had, Plumbing Innovators was able to quickly diagnose the problem and quickly fix it. On two occasions, we had backed up toilets. One occasion we had a backed up A/C line that caused a minor flooding in the basement. On another occasion, there were bad odors in the basement. Not only were the plumbers able to easily and quickly resolve the problem, they also performed an overall health diagnosis of our plumbing infrastructure. They noted where improper plumbing work had been performed earlier by contractors. We plan to have them come back out in the future and correct that problem. We have not had much luck in finding good vendors for various services that we need. However, we're thankful that we found Plumbing Innovators on Angie's List. We are now lifetime loyal customers to Plumbing Innovators for as long as we live in this residence. Kudos for a well run company that does good quality work at a very good price with the utmost consideration for customer service!!!!!

Initial Contact: Called and spoke to Richie who is very sharp, empathetic and has a great sense of humor. I told him the problem and he asked if I would be available the next day (Friday). I told him I would be home all day and he said he would have someone out there - probably between 12:00 and 2:00 PM. Around 11:30 AM , I found a voicemail saying that the plumbers were close and requesting confirmation that someone would be here. When I called back, he said they would be coming over soon. They were. As always (this is my second experience with them -don't want anyone else), they put on booties over their shoes before coming into the house and came up to look at the dishwasher. They checked it out and informed me that if it turned out to be a plumbing problem, they could fix it, but if it was an internal dishwasher problem, they could not, since they were plumbers. These guys are honest above everything. They started and reset the dishwasher several times to ensure that it was not a "plumbing problem" and that they could not fix it (even though the dishwasher was now empty of water). I asked them what I owed them (they did figure a repeatable way to drain the dishwasher) and they said "You don't owe us anything. We didn't do anything." Then, they thanked me for my time, assured me that the "no charge" was company policy and left. I don't think I've ever found another company, plumbing or other with more integrity than these folks. There I was, perfectly willing to pay for a visit and they refused, saying that they hadn't earned it, which is surely not the case. They spent, altogether, half an hour checking out the dishwasher and advising me on what could be wrong (motor) and what to do about it (call appliance dealer) and refused to charge me for their time. It was an enlightening experience and I would recommend them to any of my friends.

I will definitely use this company again. I HIGHLY recommend them for any plumbing issues.

I checked Angie's List for a Plumber and found Plumber Innovators. I gave them a call and was told they could likely have someone to our house within about an hour - hour 1/2. Paul called to say that he was about 20 minutes out. The Tech, Paul was very friendly and professional. Access to the water heater was so easy, but he went about testing. Testing proved that the heater was in good condition (thank God) and then he proceeded to check the crawl space under the house for signs of leaks. Indeed, there was a leak. Paul then turned the hot water release back on, check for the exact location of the leak, turned off the release of water and went about repairing the copper pipe that was leaking. He turned the hot water valve back on and asked me to flip the breaker back on. Once he heard the heater at work again the job was complete. Paul not only wore the shoe covers, but also had to put on a "jump suit" to crawl under the house. Paul applied the 5% Angie's List discount, I wrote the check and he was on his way. I WILL be keeping their contact information and pray that it will be a good long while before we meet again.

I work for a dental office and suddenly one of our toilets began backing up and flooding here in the office- not good! We did not have a go-to plumber, so I checked Angie's List to see if there was one with good reviews. Plumbing Innovations came up and seemed to fit the bill. We called and were very happy that they had someone available to come out right away. Within an hour, someone was here and gave us an initial estimate, but then we found out we had a problem with the main line - not just one toilet. We had to shut down all the water while the situation was remedied. Uh oh! In a dental office this could have been a big problem! Amazingly, everything was fixed and back to normal very quickly. The young man who came out was nice, polite, professional, and respectful. All the work was completed over our lunch hour, and we were ready to go again in time for our afternoon patients! We never skipped a beat here in the office, and none of our patients ever knew we had an issue. Kudos to Plumbing Innovations for awesome service, and for making what could have been a really bad situation into a "No Problem" one! Now we DO have a go-to plumber!

Mr. TJ Harmon explained my options and I told him what I wanted to do and he and his assistant did an excellent job on both jobs I wanted done. TJ also explained why I had a problem because of previous vendor that did work used a lower standard part many years ago. He explained what brand he uses in his business and I was already sold on using. it.

After discovering over two inches of water in my basement utility room late in the afternoon, I checked Angie's List and called Plumbing Innovators early the next morning. Ritchie, the owner, answered the call and said that someone would contact me shortly. Less than an hour later, Josh called me. I explained the problem, and he and Clay came out within the hour. They checked out the problem, gave me a price for the work, and quickly finished the job. Both were extremely knowledgable and professional. Couldn't have asked for better service. Talked with Josh about purchasing a whole-house generator and will certainly have them on the top of my list when I get ready to do that. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Two plumbers showed on time, confirmed what I wanted accomplished, and gave me an estimate. I authorized the work and they proceeded to perform the task. It was done quickly and professionally. The lead plumber suggested that I download a coupon from Angie's list, which I did, and it saved me a few bucks. I am very satisfied with the work and I no longer have a slow leak or any sewer gas escaping from the bottom of the toilet. They showed me what they did at every step to ensure I understood what they were doing. Overall, a very good experience.

The men that came were friendly, polite, and explained everything very thoroughly. They charged less than three other companies we got quotes from. They were able to do the job the same day which was lovely. Very pleased to have hot water again!

Purchased a home and found a n onn-working water filtration system. Called the original company since it was labeled as having a "life-time" warranty. Only problem was that it wasn't reparable and they wanted more to replace it than Richie's quote which included the hot water tank. They charged us a hefty fee to come and tell us that. Richie came, examined everything, gave me an estimate - no fee. Then came back when my wife was here and explained everything again. When we decided to have the work done and asked if he needed a down payment his reply was that he is paid when the work is done and we are satisfied. We are very happy with everything done and would definitely use him again if the need arose. And yes, all the workers wore little booties.

We were having a serious water pressure problem in our shower, so I called Plumbing Innovators on Monday afternoon, based on the reviews I read on Angie's List. Richie, the owner promised a Wednesday service call, but said he would fit us in earlier if he was able to do that. I got a call first thing on Tuesday morning, from T.J. and Evan who said they could come out that morning! They were both extremely courteous and professional when they arrived. T.J. diagnosed the shower problem and they fixed that very quickly. They attended to 3 other nuisance plumbing issues we were having and fixed them quickly as well. One of the advantages that I benefited from immediately was that their service truck is so well stocked that they had all the parts needed for each of the jobs on-site, rather than having to order or run out to retrieve the required parts from a plumbing supply store, which is what has been my experience in the past with other contractors. All of the repairs are working beautifully. T.J. at my request evaluated our filter system, water tank and the lines coming in from our well. When I asked for a recommendation, he suggested an alternative filtration system that he felt would best fit our situation. He and Evan also gave advice, when asked, about replacing toilets. At no time did I ever feel that they were trying to "up" the proposed work to expand into other things that I did not necessarily need. After a review of all of the work I was requesting, they gave a price quote in writing for all of the jobs I wanted done that day, PRIOR to conducting the work! I was very appreciative of this approach because it allows you to see a description of each job and it's associated cost before approving it. At the same time, they included a written proposal for the filtration system and new toilets, providing the detailed information I needed to discuss with my husband in order to make a decision about going forward with that work. Plumbing Innovators is a great company. The owner, Richie is extremely responsive and helpful, and T.J. and Evan are terrific! We are scheduling them to come back to conduct a water test, install a new filtration system and replace toilets in a few weeks.

I was pleased with the quality of their job. They were the only ones that could do the job that we wanted. They were referred to us by another plumber. They were really good.

I waited five days for an email or call with an estimate. I called the owner and asked if an estimate was ready. He said he would look into it and get back to me. Two more days have gone by and I haven't heard a word. I think the plumber who came to the house would have done a good job, but with no response from the company it appears they don't need my business.

Plumbing Innovators handled our needs very professionally, cleanly, and efficiently. I would be happy to use them again and to recommend them to others.

This is the third time I have used Plumbing Innovators and every time they have done an excellent job. They are on time, know exactly what to do, finish quickly and don't make a mess in the house. IN this case Paul was at the house exactly on time, removed the existing kitchen faucet (which had a steady leak), replaced it with a new faucet which I had gotten, and then fixed a toilet which was making a high pitched sound when flushed. Finally, one of the faucet handles on the bathtub was very loose and he fixed that. Overall took a bit over an hour and all was working well.

Did not work with plumber the number given no longer is a working number when I tried.

We were extremely pleased with Plumbing Innovators -- TJ, Clay and Richie(owner) were most considerate to be sure that my parents were not without water except for minimal times during the drain tile work and the transition to the new equipment. They were polite, informative and very neat. We plan on having them on our "do call" list for any future plumbing or well work.

He was very efficient and showed up when he said he would. He did a great job and explained everything to me.

I called Plumbing Innovators at 9:00 AM and explained my problem. After determining my location, the person to whom I spoke checked the schedule and asked me if I would be available that afternoon between 1:00 and 3:00. When I confirmed my availability, she said her people would be arriving sometime between those hours. Shortly after 1:00 TJ and Kevin arrived to do the work I had requested. Prior to entering the house, they put coverings on their shoes, a very nice touch. In addition to replacing all the tank elements and replacing the emergency valve, they also, at my request, went through my house checking for potential plumbing problems and identifying the locations of all shutoff valves. They made several recommendations for repairs, giving me at least two options for each. And before leaving, they cleaned up after themselves completely. Both TJ and Kevin were very polite and extremely knowledgeable. As an added bonus, TJ asked me how I had heard about Plumbing Innovators and, when I told him I had checked Angie's List, he suggested that I go back and use the coupon provided. I've found my plumbers.

I needed quality help fast for one of my rental properties in need. I made an Angie's List account, picked the top of the list (all A's) and called them. The owner answered and promised a visit that day. That afternoon the tech called me to say what the problem was and gave me options for the repair. I agreed, he fixed it, and I paid them. Neat and tidy, and a GREAT first use of A.L.

It went great. I called this company this morning to find and repair a leak in my son's home in Fredericksburg. He called to let me know that he would have to cut a hole in the ceiling to find the leak. Then an hour and half to two hours later, he called to let me know where the leak was and how he repaired it. He even game me a name for the drywall repair. Very helpful!
