Plumbing Innovators - Fredericksburg

I had Plumbing Innovators install a line of water from my house well line, bypassing the water filter. I was very pleased with all of the work that was done. The plumber operated very quickly and installed a flexible hose. The price was $600 including parts and labor. I was very pleased with everything that was done. They responded very promptly and were very courteous as well as friendly.

Very well. They worked up a plan with me. They explained how it would run and possible difficulties which did not occur. They left a neat and professional job. I asked for a new hose bib in a different location. turns out the wall was cinder block and brick one foot thick; no problem for plumbing innovators. they also added an inside shutoff for the hose bib to ensure that the outside tap does not freeze up in Winter. I will use them every time.

The guys came out within the estimated window. They took a look at my issue---PVC pipe incorrectly (by builders) placed with a clean out in the wrong place---and ballparked a solution but, frankly, recommended a DIY fix. There was no charge. I was not pressured and I received honest advice.

Plumbing Innovators responded three hours after I requested their services. The two man team was very professional and knowledgeable. I will use them in the future and I highly recommend Plumbing Innovators to those who need plumbing services.

I think it went pretty well. They were surprised by a water line which should not have been there during the dig. It was immediately repaired without any problems. The guys were very professional and answered any questions I had. They also explained phases of the repair to me as I watched occasionally. I actually found additional plumbing work that was needed and they did it right on the spot. It's really nice to work with folks who actually enjoy doing the job right. Even during the initial contract phase, Rich, the owner, had no problem rewording some of the items in the contract the way I wanted. I would definitely recommend them and I hope these guys will be around for a long time. They were refreshing!

The advise was consistent with both plumbing firms we called. The plumbers were courteous, prompt and professional and though no work was done I will definitely consider them for any plumbing work I may need in the future.

I had a slight water hammer sound, and I decided to call a plumber. I described what was happening to Richie, and he gave me some suggestions on how to eliminate the problem. His suggestions worked. It was Saturday, and it was really nice to be able to reach out to someone and talk about the problem. I adjusted the pressure on my tank to 28 lbs, and now when my pump cycles, I do not have any water hammer sounds.

I submitted an inquiry online and received a call back within a couple of hours. I was told someone would call the next day to provide an estimate. They called, then arrived promptly and gave me a very reasonable estimate. They offered to schedule a time for the work, or they could complete everything right then. Even though it was already late in the afternoon/early evening, they stayed to finish the job. Both men were very professional and did excellent work.

They were very professional. They are available on Saturdays, which worked great for me. They called before coming to let me know they were on their way. They wore shoe covers in the house and were very nice and professional. They looked at all three areas first so that they could quote a repair price before beginning any work. I will definitely use Plumbing Innovators for my future plumbing needs.

The problem was smelly water after 5 years with a whole house RainSoft filter and the need for a back up sump pump since we finished the basement. Richie arrived promptly to give us an estimate, tested our water and took his time explaining what needed to be done. He patiently responded to all of our questions, encouraged us to contact him with any further questions and later emailed us proposals with specific prices for each part of the work about which we had inquired. We approved the work we chose to do and his technicians arrived on the day scheduled and began by setting up protection on the carpet from the door to the work area. They all were very careful and covered their shoes whenever they entered the house. The job went well and they tested everything, answered questions and made sure we understood the equipment before they left. Everyone I met from this company made it clear that their goal is the customer's satisfaction. I highly recommend Plumbing Innovators. It is nice to find a plumber who is knowledgeable about both plumbing and water filters and is reasonable in price. The jobs were well done, all the bases covered and the problems resolved. Richie and his team are excellent AND the problem is fixed! I can understand why others have included the statement, " I have found my plumber." in their reviews.

I called the company on Monday and they said they could come out right away, even the very next day.TJ Harmon and his assistant came and checked every toilet in the house and showed me what was wrong with them and told me how to take care of the problems they found. They asked me if I needed them to fix the problems for me or if I had someone that I could do it for me. They replaced a defective handle on one of my toilets, free of charge. We could hear water going down the main water pipe and he kept looking until he found the culprit for my excessive water bill. It was the whole house water filter system that is causing my problem. It was a significant amount of water and my water bills had been increasing significantly for two months. They came out and checked everything, free of charge! I was very surprised that a company would do this. I can't recommend them highly enough! They were very professional and very, very helpful. I called Ricky a few days before the work was done. I got his voicemail but he called me back right away. He came out to the house and spoke to my husband as planned and the work was scheduled to be completed a few days later. The workers showed up on time and were very professional. We got a quote initially for $1,800. However, when they arrived and found that the well was about 500' deep and that the wiring/pipes from the original installation had been spliced, we needed a higher powered pump and needed to replace all the pipes and wiring in order for the new pump to work properly. Had sticker shock but understood why the price went up to $4,871. The work needed to be done so we had the work completed. The next day, Ricky called back to advise that after reviewing the tickets (said they do this on every ticket to be sure no mistakes are being made) we were overcharged on the labor on the final quote by $1000 - so we ended up only paying $3871. I appreciated the honesty and will use them again for another project that needs to be completed.

Everything turned out wonderful. I would use them again in the future.

They identified the problem and repaired the pump switch. Very clean, don't mess up the house when they come in, they use the garage as much as needed, avoid walking through the house. Smart People. They are quite reasonable for the price.

The technician arrived on time, and offered good, solid advice on the repair options. Once decided, the work was completed in a clean and professional manner. I couldn't be happier with the job.

they showed up on time and were very courteous. they ran and checked the washing machine several times and determined that the pipe must have iced up and it was working fine now. they did not charge me for their work and were very nice about it.

Went well. They had to come out to adjust the temperature and were very quick to respond. Very pleased.

I called at 9:00 this morning and spoke with Richie and explained that cold water was not flowing into my washing machine. When I turned off the cut-off valve so I could check the hoses, the valve started leaking a lot. He said they would be out the next day, but he would see if he could get someone out today. I received a call from TJ at around 3:30 that he was on his way. He was professional and quickly assessed the problem. He first checked the water coming out of the hose from the valve and it was fine. He then removed and cleaned the intake filter in my washing machine and reinstalled the hose to the washer. The valve was still leaking until he fully turned it on. Everything worked fine then. He gave me a written estimate to eventually replace the worn out cut-off valves as they are 27 years old. I was very impressed that he did not immediately replace the valves, but did the most cost-effective repair he could. I certainly appreciated that he was looking out for my best interest. I not only admired that they were out the same day I called, but they showed integrity by not doing an unnecessary replacement today that can wait a while longer. I would use them again as they now have earned my trust.
