Description of Work: They fixed a pipe which was broke that goes from a downspout into the ground. TJ (the technician)checked the downspout and pipe to make sure it was not blocked. I was very pleased with the results. TJ was very professional and I would use Plumbing Innovators again.

Description of Work: They were supposed to come out for an estimate between 12 and 2. I finally called a little before 3 and were told they were on their way. They did not show up until 4:30. Then I called to book them for the work and was told I would get a call back with the date and time. I never got a call back, but the next day they called to apologize for not being able to make it out that day. I told them it was ok since I had no idea they were coming and we scheduled for 3 days later. They were supposed to arrive at 2 that day. At 4 I called them to find out that they still had 3 hours at the job they were working on. When they called the next day to reschedule, I told them I had to go with someone else. They seemed like they knew what they were doing but who wants to wait around, only to find out that they're not coming?

Description of Work: We located this provider via Angie's List. We wanted to have our water pressure checked. First appointment was cancelled due to an emergency call that lasted longer than expected. Very apologetic and agreed to come out the following Saturday. Servicemen were dressed professionally, were in a clean and professionally designed vehicle, placed booties over their shoes before entering my home and very extremely polite and honest. Inspected my water pressure and water regulator. Determined water pressure was above minimum requirements and DID NOT recommend a water pump (three story home) to increase water pressure because they believe the extra money spent to install would not be worth the little added water pressure. Explained that since my water source was in the basement, every 10 feet the water has to travel up, it loses more water pressure. Again, very timely, professional, and honest. NO FEE. Can't get better than that.

Description of Work: They never called back to give a time window, but they did arrive the day they said they would. Fixed a leak in the upstairs bathroom tub. It cost less than we expected, so I'm happy about that. Highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them in the future.

Description of Work: I had a leak from my upstairs bathroom due to an unsealed faucet and water knob handle. Also had a leak I. The basement from a broken seal on a pipe. Cut hole in the ceilings to fix pipes and replace leaking faucet and knob. Very fast service and now everything is perfect. Excellent service!!!

Description of Work: Asked for an estimate ... the tech came promptly and did a thorough, professional, excellent review. The estimate that I received was so high, that I thought that there must be a decimal point error throughout. I found someone else much less expensive.

Description of Work: They have installed a new shower nozzle with water temperature control. We love it! Came when promised, did their job in a normal amount of time. Great job! They installed a new water conditioning system for us. A while later it was not performing correctly - so they came out, figured out the problem, and corrected it at no other cost to us. This is the first time we have had a plumber that we trusted. Thanks Richie!
