Description of Work: Initial survey of new construction as part of Big Deal. Company then initially treated property and informed on what follow up should occur. Because we were impressed with the professionalism of the company we signed a service agreement as a follow on and the company provides quarterly service as they outlined in their report. First service since initial visit performed and company was punctual and professional as on previous visit. We highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Took two calls to office to get a tech to call about my problem. Tech promised to come out and look at my problem ( animal burrowing). Never came to my knowledge and did not call me as promised. Two polite e-mails from me got no response. Okay, if you are a pest control company but do not do larger pests I understand. Tell me that. Perma Treat wasted my time and energy. How They get "Top Billing" on Angie's List" is beyond me.
