The termite control has been good. However, the ant control, until recently, hasn't been very good. They weren't able to fully get rid of the ants; we did a kitchen remodel, which is what finally got rid of them. I also thought they were a little pricey for the service they provided.

Based on the positive reviews on Angie's List, I called-up Perma Treat Pest Control for an estimate. The first question I had was: Am I in your operating area, and do you want my business? They gave me an unqualified yes. I was seeking full termite treatment of a new home, and other services. They offered Saturday 9-11am, which was suitable. I gave them the directions, the phones to reach me on, and special instructions for reaching my place. I drove 3 hours to be at the new home for the appointment. When no one was there by 1000, I called the office. The woman who I'd made the initial appointment with answered and assured me they would be there by 1100. We confirmed all of my information just to be sure. I called her back at 1100, and she said she would test the exterminator to call me. Never heard from anyone, no one came by. I drove 3 hours back the next day still needing termite treatment.

They're very reliable and professional. We trust them. We used them for over 20 years. It's a good company. It's pricey compared to other services, but it's fine. It's better than having bugs in your house. The responsiveness is very good.

They come and do a check and service every three months. When they say they are going to show up, they do show up. We have not had any pest problems so I will continue to use their services in the future.

I like that they are affordable. We pay by the year and they do four treatments a year. hey are available anytime you have indoor or outdoor pests. They will come back if you call them.

Contacted Permatreat for Termite and Pest Control Estimate. After in-home inspection and thorough explanation from service provider, I felt very confident in giving my business to Permatreat. Technician was very knowledgeable. With contract, you are assigned a specific technician who will be the same individual to service your home for the future. You get the contact information to include after hours numbers for that technician. Very nice to be able to call the same person who is already aware of the history of your property. Technician came for initial estimate and did not leave until identified issues were resolved (ex: wasp nest in attic). Technician did not seem to be in a hurry to move on to the next client. I felt that my property was given a complete inspection and all issues were clearly identified to me. If you need to have interior treatments that would require you to be present, Permatreat narrows your appointment time to a one hour window and they actually arrive within that time frame. This is much nicer than other services that can only commit to either the morning or evening and you wind up wasting a half day waiting around. Permatreat arrived within the one hour window and completed the service with an extreme level of professionalism.

.They are always on time. and they always do it exactly how I want it. They are also sensitive where my animals may be as well. They are very efficient and their prices are pretty competitive.

I have used them before and they took care of a rodent problem. They got rid of the mice and sealed up the openings in the base of the old house and the mice never returned. The bees and wasps were gone with no problem after they came out. I was impressed with their professionalism, punctuality, and information.

They do come out when we call usually during April or May. They are always very professional. I never had any problem with them. They know what they are doing. They do it in a very expedient fashion. They don't take that much time but they answer questions if I have any. They are very professional. They schedule the work within a week. I would use them in the future.

They check for insects, rodents, and everything like that. They come out quarterly.

I have not had any problems out of them. I have used them for two years.

I use them on contract and they will be coming again later this week. The thing I like about him is the fact that when he inspects to come, he talks to me about what he found and what he didn't find. He keeps me up to date on stuff that I might have any issues, so I can call the company and they will come out and solve any problem I have with the services. I rate him highly. I will absolutely continue to use him in the future.

They're scheduled to come out 4 times a year and they charge $125 per visit. We had black widow spiders, they got rid of them, he's clean, friendly, does his job, and brings my dogs nice dog biscuits. If something happens in between visits, they come out for free, and they are a reliable service. I imagine they're in line with the other companies for price, I give them high ratings, and will continue to use them in the future.

The guys were great. He found the ant colony and they treated the house. I'm seeing a big difference in my home.

They did an okay job. They came and did termite treatment and that is when we signed a contract with them for annual inspection. It has been a year since we are using them and we recently renewed our yearly contract. They were on time and were very helpful. They were also very calming because I was freaked out due to insects all over and I did not like it. The only problem was that we recently had all the trim on the exterior painted, and the guy who was putting all the treatment around said this would probably damage from the termites and he stuck a screw driver in it and it crumbled the molding around the front door so we had to pay to get that fixed. I understood what he was saying and obviously it needed to be addressed but unfortunately they were going to charge us for doing that; but otherwise they were fine. I went and compared their prices once they gave us their quote, and found out that their prices were average.

The plastic termite stations tend to get cracked, covered with mulch, etc, but the termite people assure me that everything is working properly. They have a listening device too, and from that they can tell if the inspects are eating the wood. They use technology to be able to do the job quickly. They call in advance, too.

Phil will come out every month to spray for ants. If there are bees or other pests, he'll deal with them, too. He always calls before he shows up and has been loyal. He's very good about having suggestions on how to deal with different types of things. Their cost stays about the same.

I like them because they come without being told. They make sure we do not have any ants, mice, roaches, etc. I have not seen any mice in my garage, which is unusual. They are good. They are punctual, professional, and timely.

They are really good. The bugs that we were trying to get rid of are really bizarre and very small. They were very helpful and answered questions when they were doing the estimate. The price was reasonable. I would use them again if I should ever need to.

At first I thought the treatment was completely unnecessary but, after thinking about it, I wouldn't want to move into a house where someone just scanned the crawlspace and checked off the house as safe. This man did a thorough inspection, not just a rush job so he could move onto the next house. Considering I had to have the treatment in order to sell the house, the fee charged was about average for such a job and not overly priced. I would recommend this company because they did perform a thorough inspection at a fair price.

Went well. They had to return a second time to find the source of the fruit flies -- the problem was very severe and it took some hunting to figure out the problem. The technician was super, called in his superior the second time around to help with the work and it did alleviate the problem. They have since come back for the quarterly service, I have the same technician who remembered the house and is very professional. Highly recommend.

PermaTreat Pest Control - Manassas Park PermaTreat Pest Control, comes out once a year. I called to set up the service, they showed up on time, did their job and left. Was very professional, there were no problems to show me and they call right back to re-schedule.

We are on a quarterly contract with Perma Treat Pest Control. They come out for an annual termite inspection. They come out if we find termites and call them for a service. They also spray for spiders. They are very reliable. The people that come here are nice and polite people. They all wear uniforms, which is a nice thing. They are pleasant to interact with. They are respectful to the property. They come to the house and let me know that they are here so I know that they are the ones working in my property. I have not done price shopping but I think their price is fine. They are very responsive which is important. The quality of service is excellent.

They had to come out twice and they were able to take care of what we needed. They did not charge for the second visit. They did a good job and I am pleased.

Perma-Treat seemed really professional and explained the potential sources of insects and what I need to do to try to keep them out. They treated the outside of our home on the first visit (although I didn't watch this process). They guarantee their work, so I called them back after a couple weeks when I didn't see improvement. I had no problems scheduling Perma-Treat to come out to our house, they were on time and courteous. However, two months later I still see no improvement. I don't think it was worth the money or effort to have our home treated.
