We started using this company 1.5 years ago, and can NOT recommend them. Alec, although he sounds good on the phone and in person, does not follow through when he gives you his word. He always has an excuse!

They showed within the time block that was given and they did everything they said they would. They walked me through the entire process from start to finish. They were even able to get me installed next day since I didnâ t have hot water. Great teamwork from Alec and Mark from the very moment they came to my house to the end of installation. I would definitely recommend using the team over at Peace of mind!
