Description of Work: They came out to work on my AC unit. They did a very good job. My basement had flooded and I called another company who told me I needed to replace my unit, but they were able make to make repairs and save the unit I already have!

Description of Work: Had strange sewer odor in my daughter's new home. We could not get rid of, called Jerry Payne, not only did he come immediately he beat me to my daughter's house. Jerry very professionally removed his shoes before entering her home, climbed from roof top to basement checking all possible areas. Suggested many things to rid the house of the smell, removed a cap that was placed on a vent. the smell was gone before the day was out and has not returned. Have used Jerry for 2 other jobs at my house.. new Heating& A/C unit and new hot water tank, can't praise his work, prices, efficency, professionalism enough and have recommended him numeous times.

Description of Work: Had Jerry from Payne's Plumbing & Heating, Inc come out in July for A/C noises under the crawl space, he came promptly the next morning @ 7 am and fix the unit temporarily to get us thru the summer but advised us to replace the unit before the coming winter because of cracks in the unit and it was a gas unit. We were very pleased with his service, professionalism and price. Our unit didn't last the season so felt very comfortable scheduling the replacement of the unit with Jerry. The team of 3 men arrived as promised Monday morning 7 am to replace heating and A/C unit. Job completed by 11 am. After the men left and I was running the unit with the house all closed up I heard noises from the unit you could not hear while the noise of the day outside was happening. So I called Sherry at the office and she relayed the message to Jerry. We had cool air for the nite and Jerry arrived the next morning @ 10 am when I asked and did find the unit was unbalanced, showed and explained the problem and returned in a short while with brand new unit. Replaced the unit and completed the job perfectly within the hour. We have had no problems and are enjoying the cool air and expecting lower energy charges this winter as we are experiencing lower summer bills already.
