Description of Work: Designed and built roof for boathouse with 24 foot clear span. Had to totally rebuild rotten deck structure and install supporting columns to maintain view with no interior supporting columns.

+ -1 moreP & R Property Solutions have exceeded our expectations!! We decided to build our dream home and went in search of a builder bold enough to join the journey with us. After an exhaustive search of every custom home builder in the area we were left hopeless. No one wanted to try and build our home. They were all very intimidated by the engineering challenges we had with lots of steel, glass and not mention 28' cantilevers! We finally found out about P & R and met with Ray and Brian. They were not intimidated at all! More importantly they were as enthusiastic about the build as we were! Each step through the process was very well thought through, planned and executed. I truly believe there is nothing this firm cannot do. I want to stress the ease of doing business with a firm who can draw the plans (from scratch), engineer them in house and construct the project. We were never waiting for weeks to "hear back from the architect" or "hear back from the engineer" or "hear back from the builder". Doing at all in one place is for sure P&R's competitive advantage. I just want to thank everyone there for making our dream home a reality!!

Description of Work: Due to unforeseen circumstances I needed the drywall in my lower level family room torn down and new drywall/trim installed to paint ready. This was very overwhelming for a novice such as myself. After consulting with Mr. Ray Freeland of Freeland Engineering regarding my construction issue and working thru the exhausting builder home warranty process, I looked for highly rated companies in the area and P&R Solutions came up in my search. I have not been disappointed. The professionalism of P&R Solutions was evident from the very first meeting. Brian came in and assessed the problem area, discussed the resolution fully, presented a clear estimate and timeline for completion of the work to be done. He communicated well throughout the process, and addressed any questions I had immediately. Special acknowledgement also to Mike and the crew…who were always on time, communicative, and made sure the area was clean and orderly when they left for the day. They were the best! Thanks also to the office staff who made the administrative process run smoothly. I highly recommend P&R Solutions to anyone looking for a professional construction company. The peace of mind they gave me throughout this process was priceless to me. I would definitely call on P&R Solutions again if needed. Thank you, Ms. Cooper
