Description of Work: Sean came out and gave us an estimate to replace the existing wood siding with a vinyl product. He showed up on time, provided 3 separate quotes based on options we had asked about and was very easy to contact to answer questions. We did not have the siding replaced because a couple of days after he came out, we had to have a new well drilled and new pump installed. We do plan on contacting Out-Siders again once we have some funds saved up.

+ -1 moreOut-Siders advertised via Craigs list. I contacted them and spoke to someone about a vinyl siding job. The gentlemen who I spoke to said he'd be by in a few days to look at the project and give me a bid. Unfortunately he never did show up, nor did he contact me to explain why he failed to show up.
Description of Work: He was supposed to bid on a vinyl siding project.

+ -1 moreThis work was required because the roof was damaged during a storm. Outsiders initially provided a very reasonable bid for the shingles replacement. When the shingles were remover additional water damage was found that required extensive work to replace massive beams, under layment boards, star foam insulation, sheathing and tar paper. Sean did an excellent job coordinating directly with my insurance company so that I was appropriately compensated. The finished work was more than satisfactory.
Description of Work: Replaced all roofing including 5 cathedral ceiling beams and numerous 2x6 tounge and groove under layment boards. This was custom work that required expertise.
