Description of Work: Getting Orkin to respond to calls or perform service this year has been like pulling teeth. It usually takes 3 or 4 calls to get anything done. We had termites coming out of our earth filled stoop, and the technician who came out didn’t have the necessary tools to check the bait stations. Several calls and a month later we were finally able to get the termite treatment scheduled. But then we had to make a few more calls to schedule the annual inspection. But the technician did not replace the bait station nearest the termite infestation. So now there will be another round of calls and who know how long before we are fully protected again

+ -1 moreSince hiring Orkin, it's rare to see any insects in the house. They are reliable and treat outside and inside the house. They also do assessments for other pests, such as ticks carrying lyme disease. They provide good value for the cost.
Description of Work: They come every other month to do insect prevention.
