We could not have been more impressed with Paul! He arrived early to look at the exterior, and happily talked us through his inspection. The inspection was incredibly thorough. The provided report not only gave us details of everything that he looked at, but also provided links to useful blogs, videos, and other resources. We feel that we learned a lot about our home, and about home care in general. There is no doubt that the services were fully worth what we paid. We brought our fathers, who both have industry knowledge. I wouldn't recommend making an inspection a family affair, however, both of our fathers were highly impressed with how thorough and ethical Paul was. I would absolutely recommend Paul to anyone.

I just bought a newly constructed condo and at a suggestion f a friend wanted to get home inspection done that wouldn't cost me too much money. I called about ten places and they were all asking for $350 or more. I told Paul I would pay only $300. He agreed and did a great job inspecting my home.

Choose Paul. He really knows his stuff and will make you feel much more comfortable whether you are a buyer or seller. Paul's reports have links to recommended products, ideas, or fixes that makes your life super simple. He's cost savvy and can save you big bucks! And, his inspection fee is more reasonable than the four or five I compared to. I couldn't be more pleased. On top of all of that, Paul's a funny guy with a quick wit. Pay attention!

Their report is long, detailed, and includes hot links. Paul carried spray silicone and lubricated the sliding closet door and other places. Also tightened screws on the front storm door.
