Hired for a new construction inspection. He did a very thorough job coming out multiple times at different phases in construction. Compiled a great easy to read report that educated us as to the construction of our home. Intelligent and pleasant, and always on time for appointments. Happy to recommend.

Very punctual...even a little early. He was very thorough and very attentive to my concerns. He explained everything that he was doing and looking for as well as what he observed. As he found no evidence of a problem, he did not even charge us the cost of an initial visit...asking only for some small payment, of our choosing, for his time. Definitely recommend and wiill certainly call him again if needed!

Paul scheduled our appointment right away and spent a lot of time with us looking at our entire house to solve the root cause problem (not just the area of concern). He not only provided recommendations, he sent us the pictures and links to products we should consider buying at Home Depot of Amazon. He sent us the information within 2-3 hours of being at our house. He was very thorough and knowledgeable! He won't be the one to fix the problems, but he will definitely solve the issues, and recommend next steps and contacts. I would definitely hire him again!
