The worker was professional and curtious. When additional damage was discovered, he communicated clearly up front before proceeding with repair (which raised the cost).

He did an incredible job, and I would highly recommend him. Very professional, and the job was done in a timely manner. When he was finished, they looked like new!

Came on time, clean, had to use innovation to think of best way to repair a tile on a hot-tube side that was difficult. My expectations were not high because the job was so difficult. They tackled it and did it fabulously - cannot even tell there was a repair in the tile. I'd use them for every repair

My husband and I are very pleased with our experience with Mr. Handyman. Our technician Chris was very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of our bathroom remodel. Even though there were unforseen issues with the plumbing hidden behind our wall, Chris brought the issue to our attention and explained what needed to be done to properly fix it. He was very forthcoming about the issue which would have turned in to a much bigger problem in the future if it were not addressed now and ultimately ended up saving us a lot of money in the long run. He also helped us make the final design choices and we absolutely love his choices. With so many finishes to choose from the whole project quickly began to seem very overwhelming but Chris was able to give us exactly what we were looking for. We love our new bathroom and will definitely use Mr. Handyman again for any future remodeling.

had to call back after the dry wall dried. but they came right back out and completed the job. the office made sue i was completey satisfied.

It went very well. George came by and looked at what we wanted him to do. The next week I got an estimate, and then, after okaying it, the work was underway. George was a very nice, professional man, who knew what he was doing. Before long, in just a few days, all work was completed, much to our satisfaction. Kate, who works in the office was very, very pleasant and was always there for communication. The boss, Al, was also available to answer any followup questions. These are people who represent MR. HANDYMAN extremely well. Too bad all businesses are not like this one. They are A plus, in my book.

Mr. Handyman's carpenter was skilled and knowledgeable. He consulted me, the homeowner, when needed. We are happy with the work that was done. Al Stark, the president, was very professional. Any issues that came up were resolved to our satisfaction.

He left it while trying to find another fixture and unattended, the water leaked all over. He came back and completed the work, but even though the offfice took off some of the hourly labor fee, I felt I had certainly not saved anything if I had called a plumber.

Very professional. We ended up NOT USING THEM. At this time, we currently can NOT afford to have to flooring work done at our property. The prices quoted seemed high in comparison to other quotes. The work requested is for a rental property, so I am not sure of quality needed.

We had a leak under our kitchen sink and decided to simply replace the entire faucet. I purchased the faucet from Home Depot and needed someone to remove the old one and install the new one. In addition, we had a leak in the shower head that wouldn't stop. Larry did a great job in taking care of both problems. He took a look at both projects and told me right away what needed to be replaced for the shower leak. Unfortunately he said he did not have the part he needed on the truck for the shower. I offered and went to Home Depot to get the part he needed while he worked on replacing the kitchen faucet. He was estimated to be at my home for 2 - 3 hours, but completed both jobs in 1 hour flat. Mr. Handyman has set prices which is good, but they are a little pricey. Nonetheless, you do get a well qualified repairman and the job is done correctly and professionally. I would certainly recommend Larry for any plumbing problems we may have.

This is a great and convenient service. They were flexible and worked with me to get what I needed done. The price is fair and reasonable. I have a house that is rented out, and they have done a great job of stepping in and fixing things on two occasions, working with both me and the tenants. I will continue to use them in the future.

I have used Mr. Handyman of Fredericksburg three times and was happy with their work each time. I heard about Mr. Handyman from my neighbor who was having Mr. Handyman replace their front porch posts and railings with vinlyl posts and railings. | |The first job with Mr Handyman was to replace my front porch posts and railings with vinyl posts and railings. Mr. Handyman did put holes in one of our new posts in the wrong location but after discussing the issue with Mr. Handyman's owner, Al, the post was replaced at no cost to me. I have had the new vinyl posts and railings for years and love them. I love them because they are maintenance free and easy to clean. | |Mr. Handyman also ran electric to my screened in porch. I helped to reduce my cost on this project by assisting Mr. Handyman with the project which was fine with Mr. Handyman. The work was very well done. | |Our last project was replacing the old wood trim around our doors and garage doors with aluminum trim. Mr. Handyman bent each piece at our house and did an excellent job. I love it because it is now maintenace free and I don't need to paint or replace the trim anymore.

Owner Al came to our home and provided an estimate for the work to be done. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the work to be done. He followed up quickly with the estimate and schedule to complete the work. The worker Chris showed up on time and worked continuously to complete the work. He too was very professional and respectful of our home. He did a wonderful job. The work and estimate went as planned. Absolutely no surprises. We love it. We are already planning to hire this company for other work around our home.

The handyman, Michael, showed up promptly, and did all the work meticulously and very well. He allowed us to pick his brain and gave us some very clear explanations about some irrigation and drainage projects we have in mind - even though Mr Handyman does not do these things. Michael was very professional and very easy to talk to too. I would confidently use Mr Handyman again.

The Handyman representative came out as scheduled and provided a tentative estimate of the cost of the work requested. He was professional in appearance and appeared to be knowledgeable about the work we wanted done. He explained that since we needed work done in three different areas, tile, drywall, and plumbing, a specialist in each area would be doing the work. When we received the written estimate for the work requested, it came to over $90 an hour for each repair, and since one individual would not be working on all three, there was a good deal of "down" time involved while materials involved in the tile repair and drywall repair dried. Logically, if one person were performing all the repairs we requested, while the cement was drying on the tile repair, the drywall work could be done, and while the drywall plaster was drying, the plumbing could be done. Unfortunately, this is not how The Handyman priced out the work. Based on a recommendation from a neighbor, we subsequently hired a true handyman who does a lot of work in our neighborhood and he did all the repairs himself, and at about half the cost the The Handyman proposed.

Outstanding customer service representative (Kevin) carefully walked me through all the details and process to accomplish the work I needed. Being across the country, I had to rely on only verbal communication only. He told me what could and could not be done, and the best means to accomplish the task and the right tradesmen to do the work, with recommendations for materials too. The personal level of attention and follow up was fantastic and the cost estimate was right on target. The tenant confirmed the high quality of work and is very pleased. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.

All I wanted is a door installed in my garage. I have the door, just needed them to install it. On Monday night when they called back, they said its $92 dollars an hour and a minimum 3 hours. So I decided not to go with them. They might be good, I'll never know.

Chris arrived on time. Reviewed the work to be done and what materials where needed. Went right to work and completed the job in less than two hours. Chris was a very friendly and professional representative of this company.
