Moore Cleaning Inc

I spoke with Ms Moore and we arranged a meeting at my home to talk about her cleaning style, my expectations, and price. I thought it went very well and we discussed tentative start dates. I thought we connected very well. I explained to her I had previously committed to another interview and felt obligated to keep it (as I would have if she had been the 2nd interview). She said she understood and asked I get back to her by the end of the week, which I assured her I would. I called twice before the end of the week. Both time I had to leave messages. In the second message I made very clear I wanted to hire her and set up a cleaning schedule. Neither message was returned. I called a couple more times, but she never answered the telephone. I hesitate writing this review for two reasons. If Ms. Moore would have the courteousness and professionalism to call me and explain why she declined the job when we had agreed on cleaning parameters and price, I would reconsider (assuming she becomes more communicative). Secondly, I disagree with how Angie's List weights member reviews. They have told me they put more weight on services actually performed. Anyone who has gone through the frustrating task of finding a reliable house cleaner knows that at least half the battle is finding someone who communicates, is reliable, will stay with you, not be a 'no show' on an interview or cleaning, not be hours late with no notice, etc. I think the categories of quality of service and communication/reliability/professionalism are equally important.Since they are not, sadly my review of this company will not affect its overall grade, and therefore not be a true reflection to other consumers browsing house cleaners of who to consider as a 'top pick'.

I showed them how to work around my antiques and what products to use on the antiques; they listened and use what I asked them to use. The only problem I had was they didn’t like making beds but they’ve gotten better about that. They’re very trustworthy. I didn’t pick them because I was in the hospital. They came out and worked with my daughter. They’re very prompt; they’re never late. You can leave them in the house and leave and when you come back, everything’s fine. It’s a couple of housewives that are working and they’re very good. I think the price is great.
