+ -1 moreTim was very friendly and knowledgeable on what needed to be done. Once he got the entry door in, there was an issue with it being off balance, but he knew exactly how to fix it (my house is slanted so it is no fault of his own). He got the storm door in but it didn't latch all the way. He said that he would come back at a later time to use his dremel tool on it so that it would close all the way (he didn't have the tool on him at the time). Once he came back to correct the latching issue of the storm door, he called to make sure I was a happy customer. I will be using him again in the future. Honest and quality work!
Description of Work: Called Tim for a last minute project that another contractor backed out of at the last min. He came on the weekend to replace my front entry and storm door, he also put the trim up.

+ 0 moreTim is a very cordial, easygoing and likable individual. He is patient, easy to talk to, and highly helpful. His prices are also very reasonable.Tim was very creative in determining the best methodology to perform the repairs at the least cost. He also has a decorative flair and recommended a trim package that greatly added greatly to the overall appearance of the finished job.I would highly recommend Tim and his son to anyone including members of my own family.
Description of Work: Tim repaired and painted a 16 foot high outside porch with four large columns that was badly in need of repair.

He was very responsive to my calls, was able to fit us in on short notice, gave us by far the best estimate for work, and did a wonderful job (his work was truly grade A) He even helped with other small things around the condo and saved us money and the headache of doing it ourselves. We will definitely use him again.
Description of Work: Removed all kitchen cabinets including sink, removed vanity in bathroom, prepped dry wall after cabinet removal, removed outlets in kitchen
