Extremely poor customer service. Stay away from them!!

After many issues with the installation, the fence had to be repaired several times over the next six months. Now I am having to have a large section redone due to the posts being spaced too far apart. The 4 ft gate is also having to be redone.

Very happy with MC Fence. Very good from the first meeting through the proposal and follow up. Exceeded expectations for the installation and the quality of materials. Everything went right and will definitely hire them again for other projects.

They were able to start work sooner than the other companies I saw. They quoted a good price, then we discussed an upgrade for a little extra. So we ended up with a higher cost material and the price was on a par with the other quotes for a cheaper material. Their workers were courteous and skilful. Overall I am very pleased with the new deck.

We had a mis-communication in the beginning. I will take partial blame for that. Once things were straightened out, it went smoothly. They were here on time. There were two young men that did the actual install. Both were very polite, worked hard all day and got it finished in one day. We have a pretty big yard and a lot of rock so it was not easy. Looks good, dog is happy, so are we. Would recommend highly.

Crew arrived and completed the work as scheduled. They had to purchase more supplies and still completed the job in time. They did a nice job cleaning up after themselves as well.

There were a couple modifications they needed to make once they started - but they took care of it. I wanted to get some trees in before winter and they were very accomondating with the schedule. Very friendly over the phone as well as providing the estimate.

This guys are awesome. but there was communication issues for installation schedule. Management should listen be carefully from the customer and make a note about what we want.... Thanks.

Great for fences. Not so much for other things. Quality is good as well as fence pricing. Melissa is awesome! They were building a house on the next lot and the was a dip in the middle and she talked to the construction people and had them use a bulldozer to level out the edge of my yard for free. On the other hand i had someone come to an estimate for some wooden steps(just standard steps). All it needed was 3 steps and the guy game a quote for $2000 which is only a little less that half the price of 171ft of 5' of aluminum fencing. I definitely would recommend them for fencing.
