Pleasant, inexperienced crew. Fence not built to specs. Now 30 days since MCF was called to schedule a return visit to complete the work. Still waiting and have heard nothing in response to my follow-up call. Important to note that Home Advisor only recommended this company--no others! If this is the top rated builder from Home Advisor I would recommend reading their many other reviews before contracting with them.

MC Fence & Deck was great to work with. My Project Manager Billy communicated quickly and often as it related to inventory & schedule. The crew arrived on time and worked tirelessly on a very hot & muggy 87 degree day. Not only that, the crew installed my fence and my neighbor’s fence the same day. They literally worked all day, got the job done quickly & efficiently and cleaned up before they left. The value for the project was also very competitive (I received 4 quotes for the project). I highly recommend MC Fence & Deck (will most likely reach out in the future to repair / replace my aging deck).

Very professional from start to finish. I'm not totally pleased with the Lowes materials, so I would reconsider a custom fence if I could change anything. But Mc Fence can do that too. The crew arrived on time, tore down old fence, installed new, and removed all trash for disposal. Very competitive pricing.

Started process on 4/5/2018. Sales rep was very nice, but that's all. Delayed due to weather , not their fault, but not rescheduled on a timely manner. Once promised they realized the product was not ordered. Once product in, again not rescheduled in a timely manner. Finally scheduled and installers arrived after over 2 hours they realized wrong product was ordered. Once again rescheduled. Once finally arrived they installed product...guess what.... wrong product again but this time installed. Sales rep came took pictures of obvious mistakes ( two different fences) and assured me that it would be resolved asap. Installers returned to fix mistake and again brought the wrong material. As of today 5/17/18 we have two different fences installed and payment of fence in their pocket. What upsets us the MOST is how each person we speak to blames the next and NOT ONE person takes the responsibility for the mistake. DO NOT USE!!

I am dissatisfied with the work that was performed, I had specifications for my town house fencing for my home that I must abide by my HOA and they did not complete the fencing, and will not answer or return my calls.

Once the workers arrived on-site, they began work immediately. The workers were professional and they knew what they were doing. The fence/gates were redone and done exceptionally well. They completed the job the same day and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend M.C. Fence and Deck.

Clean up after fence and deck buildout is a bxxx. Otherwise really great craftsmanship!

I don't normally write reviews, but I felt I HAD to for this experience. The job started off well and George L. came out for the appointment on time and knowledgeable. Quoted a fair price for our back deck and a walkway to our detached garage. We were told that the installation would take 3 days. The team was GREAT, showed up early, and while I was at work that night 'completed' the deck and walkway.. I was shocked however, when I got home I realized that the walkway railing wasn't secured to the house And as you can see is off to the left a couple of inches. THEN on top of it they leave this pile of debris AND trash from their lunches waiting for pickup. THIS WAS ON TUESDAY!!! I am writing this review on SATURDAY and the pile is still there. We have been calling for 3 days and they keep giving us the runaround and LYING! No one should ever use this company and they should be out of business.

MC Fence did a great job. The rep (George Millar) was polite and professional as were the installers. Great experience. They provided good workmanship, were timely and nice. Recommended them to my son.

It was the worst construction experience of my life by far.

Great communication, timely and ease of doing business with them

While there was a little scheduling issue, which was understandable due to the workload from the windstorm, the work got done thoroughly and professionally. The several other contractors I contacted were not interested in doing my rather difficult rather small job.

I first spoke with George, pre-sales, to discuss what needed to be done. He was very sociable and knowledgeable. I received other estimates as well and MC Fence was not the cheapest but I had the best experience and most comfort with George and felt they were the best for the project. After showing them the competing offers, MC Fence was able to price match the competition and therefore gaining my business. They team showed up on time and got to work within minutes of arriving. The new fence looks great and is in much better condition then the previous. I only gave 4.5 out of 5 stars because the cleanup afterwards did not removing all of the nails and screws from the yard. But the work looks great and would hire them for any other projects I may have

Roger Littlefield was professional and prompt. The process starting from the initial meeting to the proposal to the installation and payment was a smooth. I am satisfied with the fence. My only constructive criticism would be that arrangements be made for what to do with the dirt that was removed for the post installation, during the proposal process.
