I am still awaiting a quote from MC Fence and Deck. The first contact started out very professionally and I was quickly impressed with MC Fence and Deck. Due to being called away at the last second, I could not meet with their representative, but he assured me that he got all the information needed and promised a quote within the next day or two. This is the third week of my wait, and I've contacted MC Fence And Deck multiple times to find out why I'm receiving a delay, but I have been roundly ignored.

Very professional. They designed and built an excellent fence, perfectly satisfying my requirements. Highly impressed.

I hired M.C. Fence to alter our fence due to landscaping and hardscaping installation. The company called and scheduled my estimate within a day. We were able to schedule for the estimate shortly thereafter and within a week they were able to install. The fence looks wonderful and the installers were great!

The rear section of the fence at my townhouse fell down due to a rotted out support post where the original builder had just planted the wood directly into the dirt. The fence was about 6*x24* with a gate. I contacted MC Fence and Deck (among others) to quote out a replacement, and MCF and D had the best price and promised the best quality of work, including pouring concrete for the posts. MC Fence and Deck came in and replaced it and hauled away the old stuff in 1 day, very happy with their work.

MC Fence and Deck installed a split-rail fence in 2015. I chose them because of local ratings and wanted to support small local business. I was told the fence would last 20+ years. It is now less than four years from install and multiple posts (at present 4) have rotted at the ground!!. Given the number of failures other contractors have determined that posts were not properly treated prior to being inserted in the ground. Do not use!!

I sought bids from numerous contractors to build a composite deck and MC offered the best price. Made the deposit in late August and job was completed by early December, as weather and backlog delayed the start of the job. I didn't mind the wait as I just needed the deck done in time to enjoy in the spring. Once they got going the two-man crew worked over a 7-day stretch and completed the job resulting in a nice looking deck that passed all the county inspections. The crew cleaned up the debris before leaving. I recommend seeking a quote from MC before signing with another contractor.

The deck is awesome, built very well and sturdy. We love the deck and are very pleased with the builders. Dealing with the company was challenging at times and had a difficult time getting updates to the project timeline. There was not a dedicated person assigned to my project that I could speak to. The person that initially quoted me the deck and produced the contract did not communicate with me for weeks and I could not get hold of her. Turns out she left the company and I was left hanging too. Every time I called the company, I spoke to a different person and get different answers on the progress of the permit and the construction date. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and tried to help. In the end, Mark took the lead and was responsive. Overall, no regrets, the deck quality is awesome.

The main reason I hired them was their customer service and professionalism. Tyler came to take measurements for the estimate and handed me one in less than 20 minutes. The day of the installation the team came in and installed the fence in less than 4 hours. They did an amazing job. The fence looks great.

The finished product is great, but I would never use this company again, nor would I recommend them. When evaluating estimates, I was told that installation would begin about 4 weeks after I signed the contract. Installation wasn't complete until slightly more than 10 weeks after I signed the contract. The lack of communication was appalling, until it came to billing. Then they could not contact me fast or often enough.

They did a ridiculously poor job. After less than one year, the fence was FALLING DOWN!! They finally replaced it, but now I have an unstained fence that I have to pay someone to stain again.

Highly recommend. Fast, friendly, efficient and quality! I love that the owner himself came out to inspect the fence after it was put in. I will definitely use them again for any fence or deck needs.

Very professional, on time did work fast. Some of the boards in the new fence have warped badly, I called to request someone come out 1 month ago. No one has ever come to fix it. Overall tho I liked them
