During the estimate, the salesperson was very detailed and professional. However, it went downhill from there. The crew arrived on time the first day of installation. However, only one team member spoke English (the only language I speak), and he didn't speak much Spanish (the language the crew spoke) so we had difficulty communicating. A large crew poured the concrete, but the salesperson had under estimated the number of stairs required and had given us incorrect information about the front porch. I had to make some quick decisions, which increased the price. The team poured and stamped the concrete and returned a few days later to rinse off the excess color. Here the bigger problem begins. The front walk and porch were exactly as I expected, but the back walk and patio were a different color. I called the company to report the problem and it took them weeks and many cancelled appointments to come out. I left many messages for the owner and he never returned my calls. In the meantime, a crew showed up (unannounced) and sealed the concrete. How could they not see that the colors didn't match? (the front walk was beige and the back walk was grey). I finally learned that the colors didn't match because the crew stamped the back walkway while the concrete was too wet resulting in too much color absorbing into the concrete. It took several months before the salesperson finally returned (because of my presistant calls to this cell phone), and decided to stain the back walk to match the front. We later had problems with the stain on the back walk peeling off, and it was almost a year later that it was corrected. It's been almost two years and the color is cracking and peeling on the back walk (the front walk, which was done correctly, looks great). Adding to the horror, a friend of a friend saw our walkway and wanted the same. We told them about our bad experience, but they decided to use Maracrete anyway. In the end, they had a terrible experience and made Maracrete breakup and remove the concrete. I would not recommend this company. Buyer beware!
