Although the service was good, I thought them to be rather expensive. But in all fairness, I am not very familiar with the rates in this industry.

The technical sent was provided with any advanced information. About an hour into the service they had to call in their supervisor to assist. During his *assistance* an overheard conversation between the supervisor and his technician bordered demeaning. After extended discussions work resume. While the work completed was satisfactory several items requested were not completed. The BIGGEST problem was the failure to provide a detailed invoice after multiple requests. This information was requested multiple times and the response was found very lacking in both timeliness and content. UPDATE: After having a 2nd electrical company come and complete the required work, discovered the Malone Electric do not complete all the tasks they said they did while completing the additional tasks. The 2nd company charged me $500 less than Malone Electric and actually completed the requested work. Recommend Homeadvisor reassess their relationship with this company.

On time and friendly service

Malone Electrical provides a quality and great service. They are very professional and easy to negotiate with. They also offer great deals of packages for remodeling and upgrades of our light fixtures.

My first red flag was when they started digging the ditch without miss utility marking the ground. The ditch was supposed to be 16 inch deep, it was only 12 inch max. The tech caused a short in the power panel and burned out several components causing our oven and HVAC to not work. They refused to take responsibility and blamed it on the installers of our Generac, which has been working fine for years. I ended up having to hire the company that installed our Generac to come to repair the damage Malone caused. This cost me $400.00. The worse part was the Supervisor from Malone was yelling at me and refused to take responsibility telling me it is impossible that his employee caused that damage. There were burned wires and he shoved screws into two different relays because they would not reset. The company that installed our Generac told me if the generator would have kicked on and sent power to the panel, it would have overheated and caused a fire. The last thing the Supervisor from Malone told me was he was going to do research to figure out how to fix our problems and he would send me an estimate for them to come back. That was 3 days ago and I have not heard a word from him. I have since gotten all repairs done by the company that installed our Generac whole house generator.

Im in the process of selling my house. Malone came in and changed the panel the buyer requested. also asked them to update the plugs in the kitchen and bathroom to gfi plugs.. great work and outstanding people.

Working from home now I realized I needed some upgrades in my "office space" . Malone Electrical was there to help. Added a new circuit breaker to the panel; 3 new surge protected plugs and recessed lighting. It has made the "New Normal" a joy. Great company!

Professional Company. Tan the Electric.. Will recommended to my network. Swim-spa is up and running.. They came in and whet to work and finished in under 6 hours.. Other companies where saying it was a 2 day project.. we used it last night.. need more guys like this...

Power went out due to storms. Called the power company, man they where no help at all. kids where going crazy dinner was not done.. Called these guys they Showed up and worked in the rain.. my heroes man..

Fridge was not working. The gentleman that came out fixed the issues by replacing the plug in another room that was connected to the fridge plug.. He asked is he could take a look at my breaker box after he finished... He found out the breaker switch was melting and recommend we get it replaced after showing me the the issue. thank god, i would have never known. They are my forever electricians.

The two men that came were very helpful and patient and were quick to diagnose the problem and fix it

I am not satisfied with the outcome or the price charged or the damage done. Work quality leaves much to be desired. They should tell customers up front that any damage done is not covered. I found it difficult to reach them on the phone.
