Charged me double than what was quoted. Will not even answer the phone or return our calls.

they found the problem quickly and didn't wast time ,they replaced four outlets and two switches in about an hour and a half. I would definitely use them again.

Thier customer service and friendliness wowed me at first contact, then they followed through with a great build of a room in my basement. Always easy to get a hold of if I had a question. I always thought contractor was a bad word with my horrible experience with others in the past, I was blown away at how smooth this went. I will use Malone Electrical for any and all future projects.

Buyer Beware! Talked with Joshua Malone on the phone when he called me to set an appointment time that I never requested. I was just browsing the site for contractors. Thought I would take advantage of his promptness. After he reviewed the job with me was when he told me that there is an $85 charge for his estimate. This was never mentioned to me on the phone. I think he should have disclosed this when we talked to set up the appointment. I paid him the fee, but that is all the money he will ever get from me. I will not be using his company, do not like these kind of surprises. One more thing when I questioned him about the charge for the estimate , he said that it was there on the Home Advisor site. I looked after the fact and cannot find it.

Customer service was fantastic. Always in contact, always available for design help, questions and concerns. Even with a few set backs due to sub-contractors, the price never changed and the job was well done! Would recommend!

They were very prompt, arriving on time. There were no additional costs added to the original estimate. Work was completed very effectively.

I got the contact info for this company from Homeadvisor, and they were among the best that I spoke to with respect to customer service prior to, during and after the job. They were up front about costs, and fair. I would certainly use them again.

They were able to send out an electrician the same day. I feel seen the electrician was local it should not have cost $135.00/ the first hour.
