Description of Work: The sales job was great -- good ideas and helpful information. But the sales ideas did not make it to reality and even the contract specifics were not adhered to or finished to our satisfaction. Services were not completed in a timely manner, although the weather was a factor. Communication was poor, calls often went unanswered.

Description of Work: I would have given Liberty Landscaping an A, maybe a B, but one year later I would have to say that my evaluation has changed quite a bit. Liberty re-did my landscaping and constructed a patio with an arbor. They were very responsive and professional during the project and I was initially very satisfied. However one year later, the landscaping looks horrible. Over half of the plants they planted are now dead, and many of my own plants that they transplanted are dead as well. I have a sprinkler system and I use it constantly and fertilize during the summer. I have called several times and very nicely asked for someone to call me regarding a warranty on plants, which I'm sure their vendor provided. To date I have received no returned calls. If I could post pictures I would. | |I am pleased with the arbor and patio, but the poor appearance of my landscaping, lack of follow-through and lack of responsiveness prompts my failing grade for Liberty.

Description of Work: They landscaped my front yard. They also took down 5 trees in my back yard. They simulated a river bed down an embankment that looks beautiful.

Description of Work: This company is also called Liberty Lawn and Landscaping. They were very prompt with their estimate. The General Manager is very nice and gave me some advice on how to water my lawn and what plants to plant in the front of my house. I pay a monthly fee for 12 months of lawn and landscaping services, including weekly mowing, mulching, fertilizing, and seeding. They also planted some plants for me for an additional cost. It has been three weeks and my lawn is already starting to look better.
