+ 1 moreEvery encounter with Lee Hill has been one of profesionalism and courtesy. For Andrea and Kevin, customer service is truly at the top of their list. They and the whole team of mechanics first off listen to their customers, which to me is very important. They are ready to explain any service done or needed and keep you informed throughout the process. I never feel like I'm being "taken" and i know their prices are competetive. I have and will continue to recommend this company.
Description of Work: Between myself, my husband, my childred and friends, Lee Hill has performed many auto repair services for us. Inspections, brakes, oil changes, oil leaks, headlight restoration, diagnostic services.

+ -1 moreI was driving near their location and had some trouble with my brakes. I took it to their location for consultation and was told I needed repairs that would total $700. After making a phone call to a friend, as my hubby was deployed at the time, I was informed that the price/work seemed excessive and to get another opinion. I took my vehicle to another shop and the repair was made and it only cost me $95.00. I would like to think that maybe there was an oversight on the technicians part but was very thankful that I chose to seek a second opinion.

+ -1 moreThey did the brake job on my car. Expensive, but had to get the job done in a day or so. Took my wifes car to them for an estimate -- another $800. Went to the Volvo dealer and Meineke and both estimated to do for $400. Meineke eventually did the work. Lee's Hill attempts to rebuild your car and tosses out statements like "I would not let my wife drive that car home" if my wife takes it up for an estimate. They failed one of my cars on an inspection (ball joint). Took to another mechanic for repair and he said no problem and passed it. If you can afford Lee's Hill, they do decent work. They tend to repair what is not needed. Do not use them for State Inspections.
