They showed up early and diagnosed the problem. The next day they installed a new A/C and inside coil. It took about 5 hours from start to finish. They did not make a mess, they were efficient and nice to deal with.

Provided good, timely communication throughout the hiring and service process. Servicemen were polite, professional, and cleaned after the project. They were non-smokers which was also important to me. They made adjustments to the standard installation of the thermostat which I appreciated. They are tech savvy, providing assessment of type of equipment needed via iPad application. The billing was done via smartphone and reciepts emailed. This is a local, family run operation which is focused on customer support.

Checked 2 other Companies. Selected Kingdom because of their honesty. During the sales process the Tech was very secure when I asked why I should use them and the system they sold vs the others and why their installation and future service was superior to the others. I was in need of a new system and a major storm was predicted in few days. They installed the system the next day and identified a number of issues that needed correction that the former installer of my old system did not install right. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest opinions and service.

Kingdom Air was by far the most honest and straight forward Heating and Cooling Specialist I had come out to my Condo to estimate a replacement system. The manager Josh was on time and responded to all of my many questions and concerns about replacing my current system. I did not feel rushed or overwhelmed. Out of the three companies I had to come a quote my whole HVAC replacement, Kingdom Air was by far the most knowledgeable and professional. They were the first to call and first to stop by to fix my system. They were able to quote me and have the system replaced within 24 hours. No complaints at all. Would recommend to everyone.
