The staff and technicians were very professional and courteous. They were on time, quick, and did an excellent job. They assisted with the energy rebate form for Dominion Electric. In addition to the 99 year compressor warranty, Kingdom Air also provided a 10 year parts and labor warranty on the entire system. They also gave me a military discount and called after the job to follow up on my satisfaction. Excellent customer service!

The service agent came when scheduled and performed a "diagnostic on the system. It was clear what I expected and he promised to provide a quote for the work by the next day. I did not receive the quote or any return response. He must not want the work bad enough to follow through as promised.

Same day response to my A/C issue. They were extremely courteous and explained all issues thoroughly. The technician needed a part and the secretary was willing to drive it up while the tech went on to another client, and then came back to finish the job the same day!
