Very courteous , very knowledgeable , showed me the problem with my furnace and explain what had caused the outage before making the repairs. Chris was friendly, informative and very respectable. The gentleman that completed the repair to my air conditioner was knowledgeable and did not mind answering the many questions I had regarding my air conditioner repair. He completed the work fairly quickly and, after he completed the repair, tested everything to make sure the system was operating effectively. I would definitely contact Kingdom Air for future projects.

I called kingdom Air Monday morning and was surprised when I received a call that Chris was able to check out my air conditioner early afternoon. Chris arrived and cleaned the coils, and installed an UV light to stop mould on coils. I highly recommend Kingdom Air.

Tammy, the office manager, is the best. She coordinated the service around a very difficult schedule. I definitely will call Kingdom Air again and I HIGHLY recommend this company!

First contact was with Tammy in the morning via phone. Very pleasant and helpful. Scheduled tech to come by on same day, even though I was a new customer. Later that afternoon, she called to let me know Robert was on the way. Shortly after arriving, Robert diagnosed real issue, furnace started working. Upgraded thermostat as requested by us and he provided recommendations for additional concerns. Would definitely consider using Kingdom Air for further heating & AC work.
