Very satisfied with King Koncrete's workmanship. We consulted them based upon the reviews we saw here in Angie's List. Mr. Rigo, her daughter and the whole crew conducted the project with utmost professionalism. We were a bit stretched out on our budget but they are patient and willing to work out a plan with what we got. Constant communication and quick to action are some of there strong qualities. To sum it up, the project went smoothly and the finished product was more than what I invisioned it to be. We are very satisfied and I would highly recommend to everyone .

Rigo and his team did a great job giving us exactly what we wanted. Rigo was very responsive to phone calls and text messages as we prepared for work to start. Rigo was very accommodating as he had to wait for the pool builders to get the pool installed. During the project Rigo was onsite overseeing all the work, and made sure we were happy with everything before pouring the concrete. He added extra no slip stuff to the concrete since it is around a pool so that it would be perfectly safe for us, and i am pleasantly surprised how well it works. Finally, the patio ended up being bigger than we initially thought, because the pool placement was a bit off from where we thought it would be when Rigo came out for the estimate. Rather that just tell me we owed him more, Rigo suggested i measure to see what size i got (after he measured twice). Our measurements were a bit off and we easily agreed to meet in the middle with no hesitation. We are extremely happy with our new pool patio, and glad we went with King Koncrete. We already recommended him to a neighbor who's patio hes doing right now! Thanks Rigo!

We have a small backyard addition being built about 10 feet wide by 20 feet long with a covered outdoor area. Rigo came in and designed a beautiful layout for a patio that completely surrounded the addition. The one continuous pour provides a walking area from our side gate out around the end of the addition back under our new covered area and stops at our new back door. It is grey colored concrete stamped to look like stone with a border of contrasting color. Rigo also incorporated two corners that sweep to a point so the patio is not just a square slab. Results are great looking and complement two other stamped patios that were put in a few years ago. The new patio butts up against one of the old patios so Rigo incorporated a step down from the new to the old. It is seamless and beautiful. A big part of the job was removing dirt and debris and leveling the area. All work was done quickly as possible and cleanup afterwards was above and beyond. Rigo did a small retaining wall years ago for us and it has withstood the shoving of dirt and heavy equipment used to make way for the removal of a huge stump and excavation for a slab foundation. He even carried the stones to an empty field across the street to be cut, so the dust stayed off the neighbors and my house. We would not hesitate to use King Koncrete in the future and even the men finishing our addition remarked how nice it looks. Payment was $1000 deposit, the remainder when job was done to customers satisfaction. Plenty fair in my opinion. We highly recommend King Koncrete and would like to remind members that they do all kinds of stonework, not just stamped concrete.

We interviewed 3 major concrete companies locally that specialized in stamped concrete and settled on Kingkoncrete. The owner, Riggo was very knowledgable and helpful with ideas and solutions to our questions. His quote to us was very close to the other 2 quotes we received, but in addition he offered some "extras" that the others did not. His team of employees were very friendly (some not fluent in English, but they tried), and worked fast and efficiently. Clearly they knew their jobs and worked together beautifully. Riggo was present for most of the 5 days the job took. Today, the patio was sealed. I could not be happier with the results. It turned out more beautiful then I imagined. If in the future we decide to add seating or a fire pit, we will have KingKoncrete back to do it.

King Koncrete did a fantastic job on our small backyard patio at a very reasonable price. The work was actually performed on time and completed earlier than expected. Professional work from start to finish!!!

There's more to my story like the neighbors driveway getting cracked by the concrete truck when it rolled over it to deposit my concrete for the first section. Part of the work KK did was to repair the neighbors concrete driveway. They cut out the broken edge by dividing the 9x10' section in half, removing the old concrete, installing rebar and poured the new concrete for that section when they poured my driveway. They fixed the neighbors driveway using the same methods they used for my entire driveway. The first fellow indicated he would go get some bags of ready mix concrete and fix it. I can only imagine what that would have looked like. Don't get me wrong, the first section looks good. The first fellow knows how to work concrete, but it was a lot of work on my part. With KK all did was watch and when I offered to help (feeling guilty just standing around), I was politely informed that they had it covered. Suffice it to say that KK made sure everything went well with all aspects of the job. KK asked for a $1000 deposit, half the balance after they prepped for the concrete pour, and the balance when the job was completed. For the first time in a very lone time I was glad to give KK their money, they did a fine job.

Crews showed up exactly on time and did an excellent job. Very responsive and congenial supervisor and crew. Brought my patio and swimming pool apron concrete back to life, almost like new. Very happy with work.

Riggo worked well with us to meet our wants and needs, and he was always professional. We liked him and his business so much that we used them twice to date. The work is quality, and he stands by it. He uses excellent materials, is competitive on price, and is timely and communicative in all our work with him. We would definitely use again.

King Koncrete was a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. Not only did they come in with the best bid for the work we wanted, they helped us decide the best design within our budget. We worked with Rigo Amezquita, the owner and found him to be highly knowledgeable as well as a consummate professional. He provided us with a solid estimate within 24 hrs of coming to our house and looking at the property; he started building the patio within a week, and provided us with a patio that exceeded our expectations. If weather had not interfered with the construction, King would have completed the job in only 4 days. When the weather forecast indicated rain, Rigo would call early to let us know that they would not be able to work that day and assuring us they would be back as soon as weather allowed. The entire team was polite, professional, and highly skilled. Rigo oversaw every aspect of the construction and proved to be a true perfectionist. They started early and worked late. We were always kept aware of what was happening and why throughout the entire process. King Koncrete does quality work at a very fair price; guarantees their work; and treats their customers with respect and professionalism. We can't recommend they highly enough. By far the best contracting experience we have ever had.

Excellent service. King Koncrete (KK) promptly replied to my inquiry, provided a quote that was consistent, but not better, than other service providers ($1 per sq foot), and did a professional job. A two step process, they showed up one day to thoroughly power wash the patio. They spent several hours to ensure the job was done properly. The next day, they were scheduled to come back and apply the sealer but the owner and his crew were involved in an accident. Despite being in the hospital getting treatment, the owner had his daughter reach out to me to let us know what was going on and to apologize for missing the appointment. Talk about top-notch customer service! Fortunately, their injuries weren't too severe and they were able to come by a few days later to finish the job. The owner then came back the next day to conduct a final inspection and to make sure everything looked good.

The experience was perfect. They had a very reasonable offer which included the demolition and removal of the old patio. They were exactly on time for each and every scheduled milestone and they were extremely professional and courteous. We were worried about our existing well established yard and lawn but that was not a worry at all. They placed plenty of plywood down and the yard looks almost untouched. The workmanship is outstanding and puts our old patio to shame. We completed the installation today and it looks outstanding. We will monitor the quality but feel comfortable that the product is sound and that they will stand behind their work.

They came out and gave me an estimate on Saturday. The estimate was great, and much less than previous estimates that I had received. Work began promptly on Monday, April 8th and they completed the work on April 9th. The work met my satisfaction and then some. They were very professional and there were no issues. They came back for an inspection 7 days later, which was part of the agreement. The yard was left in the same condition as it was when they started. The workers were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We called Riggo for an estimate and he came out that afternoon right when he said he would. We were not sure exactly what we wanted so he gave us a bunch of great ideas and improvements. He explained the entire process to usand answered all of our questions. He even gave me advice on two other projects I was working on. He gave me a price that was much better than I had received from others. We hired him and set a date. He then offered to start earlier and we of course couldn't wate so we set a new date. He then started right when he said he would. The first day they did all the prep work..forms..diggiging gravel packing..rebar. the next day they did the concrete..stamped... colored.. textured..steps and all. The next day they came back and and powerwashed..touched up..and sealed the patio...they even were able to fix where we mistakingly ran the trash can acrossed it too early. Throughout the whole process the crew was very proffesional ..polite...and they kept my yard as clean as possible with concrete work. Everyday riggo told me the plan in the morning and then in the evening what the plan was the next day. I had the best expierience I have ever had with hiring a contractor. We got more than we paid for. If you need some work done hire these guys you will not be disapointed. Their attention to detail is far superior to the job my neighboby rs had done by a larger company. The coloring in my patio has 4 colors and was pretty close to matching an already existing retaining wall that we already. This appears to be a family business and the kind of people you want to see suceed.
