This was not actual paving but was a driveway repair project which involved putting in a new double col-vert in the lower dip for the driveway and reparation of an older concrete col-vert at the driveway entrance. It also involved removal a very big shrubs along one side of the driveway. Brett who managed crews performed the work in a single day with outstanding results with a very reasonable price tag. KR even added grass seed and hay for bird cover to assist in making things look more normal grass-wise later. Outstanding work. Job well done Brett! -Dr Shane

By far the most responsive of all the contractors I spoke with. Personable and professional. The work was done in one day. The timing of the work was perfect, especially since it involved overseeding. It rained (all day) the very next day! My only wish is to have been notified at least the day before. I was pretty surprised to see the crew show up that morning unannounced. Fingers crossed the seed germinated as expected. Overall, I'm very pleased.

Honest opinion on work needed. No price gouging here, fair pricing! Work done when scheduled unless unforeseeable circumstances arise, then will notify u. Professional but very personable!

Kinetic Resources was exactly what I needed to correct my landscaping problems. They gave me three options which were all affordable and arrived the day before Thanksgiving to knock out the work. I couldnâ  t be more happy. Thank you Brett! Highly recommended!!!

Professional and thorough, Brettâ s solution was the simplest and cheapest of any we received. He and his team did great work filling and smoothing our eroded side yard and adding a small retaining wall. The side yard now has a gentle slope, the grass is returning and water doesnâ t make a small muddy river anymore.

I was having a problem with run off from down spouts and part of my driveway. The water was washing away any attempt I made to grow grass and leaving a muddy mess. Rather than go with drainage, Kinetic recommended adding stone to certain areas and I can already see the difference and it improved my landscape look as well. Great recommendations and great work.

Bret was amazing. After briefing him on my lawn drainage problem and changes I wanted to make to the current landscaping , he assessed the areas of concern and provided a recommendation to correct the problem. His recommendation were spot on as it rained pretty hard a few days after completion....drainage problem corrected. Additionally the new landscaping looks amazing, what a great improvement from before. Lastly he didn’t try to gouge me like some other companies did. His prices were fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend Kinetic Resources, to anyone needing these services.

I was so pleased with the whole transaction. The pricing was amazing. The company is as honest as they come. They listened to what I wanted and what I was asking for and it was going to be expensive. Brett then explained what I actually needed to get the results I wanted and educated me as to the reasoning. I ended up going with their recommendations. They saved me almost $5000 from other quotes. AMAZING HONESTY. They were timely, efficient and the results of the project where better than I had hoped four. Ditch is pipped in, no more yard flooding, and project area is properly graded and reseeded. I won’t call anyone but Kinetic Resources, LLC for all my future drainage and grading projects. The whole team can only be described as excellent and the best in Stafford VA and the surrounding area.
