Brett was extremely knowledgeable regarding our drainage issues. He was also VERY courteous and unlike many contractors that we've hired, he actually came to work with the crew. Having him onsite was invaluable as he kept us informed, kept everyone on schedule, and got the job done. My former "rice paddy" is now solid ground again. :)

Provided a unique solution to a tricky drainage problem. Work was performed thoroughly and well. My yard has stabilized, with no more ponding and subsiding. Even my neighbor reports his drainage is much better!

The project consisted of front and backyard maintenance. Kinetic Resources did, and continues to do, a wonderful job. This company is our 'go-to' company for any landscaping needs we have.

Overall, I enjoyed working with the company. The only negative was some unexpected erosion during a heavy storm in the area.

Leveled an area for a 15 foot Intex Easy Set pool. Very knowledgeable and had a great suggestion to add sand underneath the leveled ground. I never would have thought of that!

Had a drainage issue in back yard that was a difficult fix due to swale and uphill slope of yard. Brett gave us a detailed explanation of 3 or 4 various fixes and what we were looking at price point wise for each right upfront. Every other contractor wanted to jump right in with "french drain". When a part of the project became messed up do to heavy rains, he came back and fixed the job (no charge).

My yard needed drainage control. They put a giant culvert ditch thing in the yard, was bigger than I wanted, but hope this does the job.

Kinetic Resources came out and gave me three options for the drainage issue I had going on vice the single one a competitor gave me. He even explained the possible causes of the soggy area on the side of my house. We had to battle the rain to get the project done; when Kinetic Resources had the chance, they came out to do some pre-project work to expedite the project. When the fiber optic cable was accidentally cut during the work, they immediately placed a repair order. I no longer have a soggy area on the one side of my house.

The customer service was exellent. I knew we had found the right company to reslope and regrade when the measuring tapes came out, and we were met with a detailed plan to not just improve the slope but we were educated on gardening. Overall great experience!

I was very impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and quality of work that Kinetic Resources provided. I hired them to grade and level a section of yard to place a swing set on & I was extremely happy with how it turned out. From start to finish they were very helpful and pleasant to work with and I would definitely hire them again.

Brett was responsive and knowledgeable. The project was done in the time estimated and the quality of the work was exceptional.

Engage them in Apr-May 2017. Layed in French drains, and offered that the water was not draining as anticipated. They came back out and said that more work would have to be done, but would have to dry out first. Haven't hear from them since. Still a swamp and no solution in site. Contacting other contractors to fix the problem.

I Hired Kinetic Resources after having several other companies out to evaluate and quote the job. We needed grading first and foremost, but we were also in the market for lawn care and maintenance. After discussing the grading job, I asked the owner about his lawn care plan. Brett definitely knows his stuff! The prices are competitive and in line with other local lawn care companies. By the time he was done talking, I knew that he was the guy I wanted for the entire property, both grading and annual lawn care. No other company I talked to spent that amount of time with us, no other lawn care employee or rep explained so much, in incredible detail. No other company we had out could do everything we needed, eliminating the need to have several companies out to get the end result desired. I really appreciated Brett's vast knowledge of various aspects of lawn care, his willingness to share tips with us for best results, and for informing us that certain services we were prepared to pay for would not be necessary, therefore saving us money. I also like that when it comes time to redesign our front mulch/garden area with retaining walls, that he would able to do the work as well - one stop shopping! Brett is so personable and clearly a seasoned professional. Kinetic Resources came out first to eliminate the weeds. We have security cameras around the perimeter of our home, so even though I was not home at the time, I could see (and hear) that they were doing what they said they would do, and were being respectful of our property. The results showed within the week. During the next visit, Brett and his team came out to grade, aerate, and overseed. They delivered exactly what they promised and I was happy with the results. We're two weeks in and the yard is coming along quite nicely. We just received the results of our soil sample, taken at the first visit, and with that, Kinetic Resources has a plan to prepare our yard for the winter and into Spring. I have faith in Brett and his team at Kinetic Resources. We are so eager for a beautifully graded, green and plush, weed-free lawn and can already see the fruits of their labor. I am looking forward to working with this company to maintain a beautiful lawn for years to come!
