This was a good experience from start to finish. During pricing of estimate, Kevin found a small leak in roof. Since they would not start for a few weeks, he came back next day and fixed small leak so Mother wouldn't worry before roof was completely replaced. We were told it would take two days and they finished in two days. The crew, led by Jose, was on time each morning and very polite. Jason, the project coordinator, stopped by and handled all questions professionally. He also handled last walk thru after work was complete, explaining what was done and why. The clean up was done impeccably and everything looked the same after the work was done as it did before. This company is especially good with it's older clients. My Mom is 84 and they gave a discount for seniors. They also will come out for the next 5 years and examine roof to ensure everything is okay. This is very reassuring to an older client who has no way to examine the roof and worries about leaks. I found everyone with this company to be friendly, professional, understanding and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend using this company.

A section of our roof was leaking and therefore, as I mentioned above, some shingles had to be replaced and a valley, sealed. Prior to the work, Kevin Parker, the owner of Kevin's Roofing, came out to our house to look at the roof. Two weeks later, his team was here and they did an excellent job. The water is no longer coming into the walls.

I was very impressed from my very first interaction with Kevin (the owner) and his work crews. This project began as an investigation into the source of water leaking into the house. Kevin personally conducted this investigation and presented me with a range of options with realistic pricing and recommendations based on the age of my home. I opted to couple the leak repair with replacing the entire roof since a portion of the roof would have been replaced for the leak repair, and the original roof was reaching its end-of-life. Kevin provided a written estimate that included all parts, material, and labor; and we scheduled the work for a two-day job. The work crew showed up promptly and did a fantastic job. The quality of workmanship resulted in a roof where even the smallest details were of the highest quality. Each day the crew picked up and disposed all of the old shingles, nails, trash and other assorted items that come with a roof replacement. I highly recommend Kevin's Roofing for all your roofing needs.

They arrived on time, explained what they were going to do and completed the work. After the installation they went over how the fan operated asked if I had any questions. The team was punctual, worked quickly, and they were professional.

Kevin's Roofing did a roof replacement and the work was very good. We had several bids and Kevin's was competitive and the owner came out himself to bid the project. We were kept up to date on the schedule and project completed on schedule. The front office personnel are excellent in keeping customers informed. I would highly recommend this company

Kevin himself came out and gave us our estimate. We had 3 estimates and they were all in the same ballpark. However Kevin's thorough exam of our roof and skylights and his professionalism put way above the others. They worked with us around bad weather and his office kept in touch. We had a crew of 6 come out and they were punctual, quick and did a beautiful job with everything. We have had neighbors tell us how great the new roof looks. I would highly recommend Kevin's to anyone for their roofing needs!

I did not hire them since they never respoinded after numrrous phone messages to their office. To be fair this was years ago an dmaybethey have improved customer service.

I found Kevin's Roofing to be very friendly and courteous. I had a leak in my roof and their team spent quite a bit of time trying to localize it. They did not give up until they had found it. They then went over the entire roof to see if there were any other potential leaks. The team found several nail pops that they corrected on the spot. I was quite impressed with their service and would highly recommend them.

Mr. Mills Jr came out to give an estimate and spent time with me answering all of my questions and concerns. Estimate was reasonable as I had other estimates done by different companies. Arrived on time and estimate indicated a two day job, they were finished ahead of time. Roof looks great. The only area that might of been a problem was with scheduling as it took time for them to return calls, however, it worked out for us as I am retired and was available on the date they scheduled. (Estimate was given on 6 Dec, once we decided to go with them, installation was on 10 Dec.)

After a summer hail storm I was inundated by roofing companies wanting sell me their service. After speaking with several, all of which were from companies not located in my area, I decided to research the companies in my local, Fredericksburg, area. Kevin's Roofing had the best reviews so I placed a call. I requested an appointment which, due to their work load, required a several week delay. The appointment went very well with Mr. Kevin Parker taking time to explain all of my options and providing a history of the company and a list of references, which I checked. The areas that were most impressive: Long History in Fredericksburg area; Average length of employees Superior length of Labor and Materials Warranty Certification as a GAF (shingle manufacturer) master installer. The work was agreed to and placed on a schedule that met my schedule requirement. On the installation day, Monday 12/17, another crew from another company ( unknown) started work on the house next door. In my opinion there was no comparison as to the two crew's level of professionalism. Kevin's crew worked safely and in a manner that kept the debris to an minimum the complete opposite of the other crew. At the job start Mr. Parker introduced his Field Coordinator, Todd. Todd kept me up to date on the work progress and took the time to completely answer my questions. The job was completed in two days at the end of which there was not a sign of efforts other than the new roof, skylights and gutter guards.

They called us the day before to remind us to remove vehicles etc from the driveway. They were on time and worked steadily. When they were finished with the roof, they went around the entire yard and removed any nails that may have landed. We were very pleased with the entire job. Would definitely used them at our new house if needed!

Kevin Parker came to our home in May to give us an estimate on a new roof and a separate estimate for some repairs needed immediately. He spent over an hour inspecting our roof, skylights and attic and provided an estimate for both the two jobs mentioned above. We were not ready to have our roof replaced but we went ahead and made an appointment to get the minor repairs done. In June, Kevin sent out a member of his crew to repair our roof. I was very impressed with his work and his professionalism. Not only would I use this company again but I would also recommend them to friends and neighbors who are in need of a roofing company. In addition, Nicole Mc Daniel was a pleasure to work with when setting up the appointment. She was friendly and very accommodating. Overall, I was very impressed with Kevin's knowledge of the roofing business, his team's work and the service I received. I thanked them for the great job they did but something happened a week or so later that just shocked me. WE received a thank you note from Kevin's Roofing for allowing them to serve us! Now THAT is what I call professionalism!

Excellent - their temporary fix even held up with no leaks during the Derecho storm that hit the area in late June.

A few weeks ago, I was driving down the road and was stopped at a red light. I was next to the Kevin's Roofing truck and took down the number and website. Because it was late Friday afternoon, I decided to go to the website and I filled out a questionnaire for what I needed to be done. A friendly staff member called me on Monday and set up a time that was reasonable for me, which was the following Monday (a week later, I was unavailable that week). He came on time, very friendly and very personable. He was as smooth walking on the roof as he was walking on the ground. He inspected the roof and the areas I needed help with. A few minutes later, he gave me his quote, and explained everything to me. He even took pictures of my roof and the areas in question and PRINTED them in his truck for me to view. How cool was that?!?!? He could have easily told me my entire roof needed replacing or much worse! That was a huge bonus for me, being able to see the damaged areas myself without having to climb up on my partly 3 story roof, which I would never do. I agreed on the price, and I had to put no money down and the next day the office called to schedule a time. Since I didn't have to be home while the work was being done, it only took a couple of days for them to come out to do the repairs and they're going to send me the bill in the mail. This company was professional, courteous, personable, very friendly, responsive, and I'm glad I went to them. They even cleaned out my gutters when I thought I was going to have to contact someone else! I had mentioned it to a friend of mine at work, and coincidentally they had used Kevin's Roofing as well and have the same opinion as I do. I would absolutely use them time and time again if I ever need them.

Complete process went very smooth. Kevin provided a detailed proposal and explained all tasks. When it came time for selecting shingle styles and colors Kevin's office provided addresses where example installations could be observed. When the work began the crew showed up time and completed activities on schedule with negligible disruption to my family and I. Kevin's Roofing does outstanding work and pays attention to the little details that will ensure my roof doesn't require any maintenance for a long, long time. I have had a lot of estimates. I love Kevin's! They did the work for me. They may not be the cheapest guys but they do the work well and they stand by it. He went up into the attic and looked around where the 5 others that gave me estimates did not do. I loved that not only was he through, but he explained why he was looking there and why it was important to me as the homeowner. They put in some skylights and gutters for me as well. I got the heavier plywood and heavier shingles. I don't have to worry anymore about leaks and I haven't had a problem since so it was well worth the extra money.

Very well. While the work may have been on the expensive side, I felt comfortable with the Kevin and the crew that did the work. I had confidence in the work done. I called three companies to give me estimates, only Kevin's gave me a professional response.

I appreciated the job that he did. I have used him before and I have always been happy with his work.

The owner came out; gave us a quote and the quote that he gave us was darn near to the penny; so we knew what to expect. They told us the exact day when the materials would be delivered so we could have our driveway cleared. The next morning they were there; did the job and took off that afternoon after cleaning up everything; making sure nails and everything were picked up. It was a good experience and I highly recommend them. I will use them again in the future.

It went very well. He came up with great ideas and had his men design a new area in the front for water drainage. They came on time and finished in one day. They came early and stayed late but got a 2 day job done in just a single day. Everything was cleaned up and halled away, they were very efficient.

Kevin was knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. Everything went well; crew showed up on time and finished the job in a timely manner. Roof looks good, and they did a good job of cleaning up. Replacement skylights look good from roof, but were a little more shallow than the original windows, so I will need to put some trim around on the interior side. Customer satisfaction seemed to be their #1 priority.
