Description of Work: They came out to replace my roof. It was discovered that the building contractor that built the house had not put in the correct ventilation so the roof was covered in mold on the inside. He had his team replace all the boards that had mold, correct the ventilation issues and re-shingled the roof with high quality 3 dimensional shingles. they completed thew job in one day on schedule and completely cleaned the yard for debris. I have checked and there has not been any more issues with mold since he did the job. | |I would highly recommend him to anybody who is looking to have the roof repaired or recovered.

Description of Work: Kevin and his crew did an excellent job. The inspection and estimate were thorough and professional. The scheduling and coordination with the office and the crew leader was seamless. The roof is beautiful and we could tell a HUGE difference this winter with the extra attic insulation.

Description of Work: Kevin's Roofing came to my home on two separate occasions for roof and insulation work. My roof had falling shingles in an area and some other general repair needs that were assessed and quoted. I accepted their quote and work was completed later that week. They were quick and responsive. When inspecting the previous work, they noted my attic insulation was well below code (which I already knew from the home inspection a year prior) and gave me a quote for that as well. I shopped around for other quotes and found Kevin's to be competitive, if not the most competitive, and brought them back to do the work. They included insulating a utility closet on the second floor and updating the bathroom vent fan in their final quote. I hadn't really noticed the difference in temperature between the first and second floor until they updated my insulation. I'm very happy with the result. I plan to use Kevin's again in the future when my roof needs replacing - though they said I should have a few years before I need to.

Description of Work: We had Kevin's Roofing do some repair work to our siding, roof, and attic spaces. They did a great job, were prompt, gave us an excellent price, and communicated very clearly with us about the exact things that we needed done and how they would be done. I would definitely recommend Kevin's Roofing!

Description of Work: They completed roof repair. I had to call them back to verify repair was done correctly, and they responded quickly. Overall, good job but they are expensive (double a competitor's bid). Time will tell if I got what I paid for. So far no problems with the repair.
