Description of Work: Due to our own incompetence in knowing what to have previous service people do, we learned from Kevin that our humidifier had a filter, which had never been cleaned and after ten years was a mess. He made arrangements to get that and the odd ball airfilter replaced. He cleaned condenser drain, cleaned humidifier valves, drain tray and will return (additional $124 with replacements.
