Looked on Angies list and found John Wayne Plumbing, called and success! John arrived on time and stayed until all the water was drained and the system was 100% back on line. True pro and a joy to work with. Recommend him to others and will use in the future.

+ -1 moreFrom time of arrival to departure the work was performed in professional manner and no mess was left by the plumber or debris.
Description of Work: When I called his number it was picked up immediately and a date for service was arranged. The plumber arrived within 5 minutes of time window and the work performed consisted of replacing a water pressure reducing valve on the mail water supply to the home. In addition a kitchen single lever faucet needed a cartride replaced and the cap cover was difficult to remove which was done with damage or marks to the stainless steel. The final repair was a tub diverter issue which when turned to shower wand position the water still flowed out through tub fill. The solution was to replace a damaged O-ring and washer on the diverter assembly. With that done the work was performed in a minimum amount of on-site time.

+ -1 moreExcellent service, friendly and professional. Explained everything he was doing and removed all the job waste without our asking. From the time he arrived until his departure he showed an empathy for our plight and assured us he could fix the problem. A faulty sump is never fun; however, it was a pleasure to meet Mr Pinnell that evening. He will be our plumber of record from here on out.
Description of Work: Our sump pump went out over the weekend and we did not discover it until 8:00pm on Monday. There was aprx 1/8” water over 2/3s of the basement floor. We contacted Mr Pinnell and at 8:15 pm and he was at the house by 9:00pm. He replaced the faulty sump and reworked the PVC pipes and then stayed on site until the sump had cleared all the water to insure everything was working properly
