I contacted Honey Do guys to continue with my lawn care and the maintenance of my trees and shrubs on a weekly basis. I could not be happier with the appearance of my property. The Nalenzy's are very personable, honest and go the extra mile. I highly recommend their service.

Steve called us back within a day or two, and was able to come out within a week to make all the repairs. He was on-time, professional, worked quickly, and got everything done per the specifications. We will definitely keep his number handy after we move.
Description of Work: Repair/replace porch railing; repair mortar around outside electrical outlet; replace diverter valve in bathtub.

Description of Work: Contacted Honey-Do via email with a long list of jobs I want done in my home and asked for an estimate. It's been almost 2 weeks and I've had no reply whatsoever, so I'm not feeling very confident in their responsiveness. Time to move on to the next Handyman company.

When I called the second time to get the paint code so I could purchase it and touch up the first painting they insisted that they would come out and paint a second time and provide me with a can of the paint that they used at no cost. I have several handyman jobs around my place and I will be definately calling Jim. Mary
Description of Work: I have an air conditioner cable outside my house (for the last 20 years) and this year the condo association asked me to remove it and locate it to a less visiable location (cost around $1500.00). I talked to the board and found that the main objection was that it was too visible and that I could cover it and paint the cover the color of the siding. I was look at using PVC pipe which one of my neighbors had used. (cost around $800). Jim advised me that I could just secure the cable to the house and paint it the same color. His Assistant found a great match and they came out to paint it twice. Now when I pass my unit I have to look for the cable to see it. He saved me a great deal of money and my condo association is happy. Mary

+ -1 moreI think Steve and Michelle did a great job! We got multiple offers right away, thanks in part to his work. I really like dealing with Steve. There's no drama. He shows up when he says he will and he knocks out everything on the list. I've never been disappointed.
Description of Work: Steve is great -- I love knowing that he's around, because he makes some of the tedious tasks of homeownership a whole lot easier. I've used his services many times, but most recently, I had him out to take care of lots of things in preparation for putting our house on the market. He and Michelle, his assistant, power washed the patio, did some finishing touches on the deck, and REALLY impressed me by building a beautiful flower box to replace an old rotted on on the deck overhang. He also hauled off junk that we had sitting around the potting shed and basically got the house ready to sell.

+ 2 moreVery well. Steve is knowledgeable and efficient, prompt and thorough, and is a really pleasant guy to deal with. Steve and his assistant arrived on time, with all the needed tools and supplies, and got right to work. While working on the bigger project (drywall replacement/stove removal), they were able to handle the minor projects that I'd forgotten about earlier (the ones I popped on them later in the day), and they handled everything with ease and patience. It was a nice and easy experience for me.
Description of Work: Two days work. Removing/replacing drywall; Removing an old wood stove; loading/hauling off junk; misc caulking; misc sanding; replacing/installing exterior light fixtures; providing materials list for upcoming project so I can price it out and budget for it.
