We have had a very good experience with them. What stands out about them is their reliability. They have been very helpful on identifying what we need and what we do not need. I have been very pleased. We have had them both at our previous home and we engage them in our current home. So, we have been customers of theirs for probably more than fifteen years.

I have been very happy with their services.

Called the company because it was listed as a company in our local community/county. The company stated on the phone that they were here in Orange county, but later we found out that they were actually in Fredericksburg, not even a local company. The company representative came out and gave us an estimate and described the work that the company would do to eliminate the carpenter ants. The representative told us that in order to have the service done we would have to have a contract for them to come back repeatedly to exterminate. Because we wanted to get rid of the carpenter ants were eating our house we agreed and signed a contract for services. They came and exterminated the carpenter ants and in so doing drilled many holes in the wall of our bathroom. The technician stated that he must leave the holes in the walls in order to come back and repeat the service if necessary. We were very concerned about the possibility of their poison affecting our pets. The company's representatives assured us that they would not place poison where it would affect our pets, however, even though we ask them to not come and spray when we were not at home they repeatedly did. The company also sprayed in areas where our pets are. After a few months we asked them if they were going to repair the holes and damage to the drywall in our bathroom as the original technician had stated. We were told that we would have to take care of that ourselves, the company did not repair damage to drywall. Periodically we would receive a phone call from a computer telling us that the technician would be there to spray all around our house at a time that was not convenient for us. These phone calls came out of a different city and gave us no option to say we did not want the service at that time or to reschedule for a time when we could be home. When we called the local office, which wasn't really local, they told us that when the automatic system sent them they had to come and spray. We asked the company to cancel all automatic services. About a week later we came home to find several large deep ruts in our driveway. We discovered (because of a door hanger left on the door) that Home Paramount had been there and sprayed after we had asked them not to. The driver had gotten his truck stuck in our driveway and spun his wheels in the mud creating large ruts in our parking area. after this nightmare we canceled our services with Home Paramount. The company subsequently attempted to make us pay for more services, however they made the driver come out to repair the damage to the driveway, which he did not do an adequate job of, and then allowed us to get out of our contract. Because of this experience, we're now afraid to hire any home pest control service to come to our home.

They do a great job and they are very service-oriented.

Everything went great. I have used several pest control companies and they are by far the best. They are prompt and professional. I have no complaints about this company at all. I would recommend this company to anyone and have several times.

My experience has been very good. My father in law had a long time contract with them. They were very responsive and excellent. Their customer relationship is great. They offered some great suggestions.
