Wonderful experience. HIVEX was very professional and their quality of work was impeccable. I would recommend them anytime.

These guys are like the A team. They come in, make a professional assessment of the situation, then next thing you know the framers, installers etc come in, knock out there jobs and before you know it the job is complete and it looks great. We were very please with the work and the workers who were all courteous. We were especially impressed with the owner Dan Betts. He was the first person we met. He came to our home and give use what I call a personal guarantee. It really was a great experience from the beginning to the end. We highly recommend HIVEX!

They did an outstanding job. From the first visit they were knowledgeable and had great ideas I had not thought of. The project was completed on time and the project manager kept us updated all the way through. The guys that worked in the house were very polite, clean and professional. They are the best.

It went fantastic. They went beyond what I had expected and did it on budget and on time. Very easy to work with and even made some changes on the fly without costs. Very happy with the final product. Very professional and really a pleasure to work with.

HIVEX is the best. In a long career of moving, HIVEX has exceeded every contractor I’ve ever used. They are organized, responsive, reliable, trustworthy, efficient and gave us outstanding results with a beautiful basement bed & bath, family room, and library. We were impressed with initial meeting which gave us high expectations and were delighted when they met them all. Friendly, courteous and highly skilled, flexible when COVID caused cabinet delays. If I had the decision to make again I would hire them wholeheartedly and not change a thing. We are very grateful to Chris, Bob our project manager, and the great HIVEX team.

We recently hired HIVEX to finish our basement. We were impressed from the first phone call, to our Sales Rep. Michael who went through the HIVEX process. We could see how organized HIVEX is from our conversation, to financial options, professional brochures, and well laid out schedules. Michael was very respectful and we never felt pressured to make a decision. We quickly called back and had a start date on the calendar. Our Project Manager, Bob was very professional and knowledgeable. The plan was very well laid out and they always communicated what the next steps would be. Bob was always quick to answer any questions we had and to give suggestions when we were uncertain. The teams “can do” attitude left us with no worries on the superb job that they accomplished. They proved that they stand behind their commitment. We LOVE our basement and highly recommend HIVEX to finish your basement too!

HIVEX did a wonderful job finishing the basement in our new home. From Dan’s first visit to help us finalize what we wanted to every step of the way, their process was transparent and they were always responsive to questions. They sent out a generic weekly email on “This is what is happening in your basement this week” that was really helpful. The only thing we might have liked is more specifics on which specific days the workers were coming that week, because we telework a lot and it would have helped for planning. But we loved HIVEX and we love our basement!

The entire project, approximately 2000 square feet, went incredibly well from start to finish. The various crews from framing all the way through final inspection were punctual, professional, accommodating and sensitive to our schedule and home. The leadership team from company owners to the project manager were accessible and attentive. I would hire them/recommend them without hesitation.

The build quality is top rate. Many touches were added that were not anticipated but highly appreciated and all concerns were addressed in an informative, accommodating and timely manner. Crew was excellent - great skills, friendly and helpful. This is a honest & ethical company. Working with them has been fun and the result outstanding!

We only regret we didn't call HIVEX first and sooner. The owner, Mr. Dan Betts met with us in November, 2019. We showed him the space and told him what we had envisioned. He gave us a detailed, organized overview of what to expect and an equally informative estimate. Our start date was in early January. It took about 3 months. The workers were prompt, courteous and professional. The weekly emails kept us abreast of what was happening and anytime we had a question or needed help, Bob Salo, our Project Manager was always available. The office staff was also courteous and helpful. They all did a great job. They're mantra is that they want you, the customer, to be happy. They succeeded. Thank you HIVEX!!

Our basement looks awesome. We are currently enjoying our space with our friends and family. Bob, Billy, and the rest of the team were great! They were all easy to work and definitely exceeded our expectations. If we ever have any other remodeling needs we would definitely choose Hivex again. They worked around our schedule and we never had to wait on them for anything. Thanks Hivex!!!

From the very first meeting, our project team at Hivex was phenomenal. We were kept well-informed on the progress in our basement. Any questions or concerns we had were promptly addressed, even on weekends. No subcontractors. They were not satisfied until we were 100% satisfied. The finished product was better than we could have imagined! We highly recommend Hivex, and would definitely hire them again if they remodeled other areas of the home. Our only suggestion would be that they included flooring installation and painting as part of the total package.

Amazing! Timing was sooner than they quoted even during holidays and weather. Quality is holding up perfect for an active family. Hives took care of all paperwork for permits. We recommend Hivex for everyone we know with a basement.

Best experience I've ever had with contractors from design through completion. Every step thoroughly explained..all question answered and it felt like we were all participating in a real team effort. This job turned my son's basement into a real home for me. I sold my house and ended up under a timing issue...they worked hard to get it done AHEAD OF SCHEDULE!!! This is unheard of in my experience and totally appreciated. They accommodated every request and the quality of the work was excellent. Would definitely hire again.

Basement was finished in a timely and professional manner. Hivex was vary accommodating with our schedule and quickly corrected the few minor discrepancies we noted.

We received a flyer in the mail from Hivex Basements and after our free consultation decided to hire them to finish our basement. We are very happy we did. Our project manager, Chris, was awesome. He walked us through each step and wrote notes on the basement floor in red magic marker for his various work crews. Each work crew was very friendly and professional. Chris went shopping with me for things such as flooring, bathroom fixtures, etc. I really appreciated his knowledge and advice regarding things I was selecting. The basement is beautiful and I have aleady told three neighbors about them.
