+ -1 moreI had to let them go because I really don't want people in my home I can't trust nor do I have the desire or time to go behind them and make sure they did everything.
Description of Work: As the women were punctual, I found them to be less than desirable as a cleaning crew, especially when I found them wiping up the bathroom floor without first sweeping or vacuuming; they were smokers so they reeked of tobacco; I was treated poorly on the phone when I asked that they don't come when I have company; and when addressing the women about things they weren't doing, they just sneered; they also did not want to clean under my kitchen table (very unexceptable. No window sills were touched. Very poor cleaners for my Fredericksburg home. I would definitely NOT recommend them to anyone.

+ -1 moreLooked service up on Angie's list and called. The representative was very pleasant and provided an estimate on the telephone. The first scheduled cleaning was promptly scheduled. I am satisfied with the service and find the workcrews honest and hardworking. The duties they perform are clearly laid out and they accomplish them. I would like them to be able to be more flexible in the time they are here; there are some weeks I'd like them to swap some of their normal chores for others that need to be done, but I do not think I have that flexibility. Overall, they are a good value, reliable, and pleasant.
Description of Work: General housecleaning on a weekly schedule.

+ -1 moreThey did what was listed that they were going to do. I liked them. They seemed to be very thorough. I didn't like that I don't get the same person every time they come out. They did an excellent job. The price was worth the service that I received. I haven't used them again because I was away and things didn't fall into place. I don't think I will be using them again.
Description of Work: I used Helping Hand Cleaning Service for housecleaning.
