The products used are natural with no harsh chemicals. The house always smells good after they are done with their job. They are in and out in about an hour and a half for one floor of a large house. Scott, the owner, is there cleaning each time. There are not random people coming in and out of your house each week.

They’ve been fine. It’s not that I like anything in particular, it’s just that they accept AMEX and they show up. They are good.

Their name is not a joke, this company is literally obsessive about cleaning and sanitizing. They are costly once you get past the promotional period, but they do work very hard so there's an argument for the high price.

It went okay. I felt like I got the bait and switch from them. I bought the Angie's List coupon for $171 for a single family home move in/out cleaning and then when they were done I was told I had to pay an additional $245. I felt misled about how much it would cost. And this was for about 3-4 hours of cleaning from a two man crew. a third person showed for the last hour or so. Bait and switch. How they billed for their services WAS NOT clearly stated in the Angie's List "Deal".

OCD cleaning came in and did a great job. They showed up on time and were very professional. I had a small issue with some of the cleaning and he came back the next day and cleared up the issue to my satisfaction! Great job!

Outstanding!! Scott and his team spent 11 hours cleaning and detailing every bit if my house - he even took the shower doors off the sliders to clean the grooves. The house literally sparkles like the day I bought it.

The first time we had them come out we were kind of shocked at the amount of time it took but were assured that the next visit wouldn't take as long because they had already done a cleaning (first time took about 4 hours). The second time was today, the day before Thanksgiving. The appointment was originally set for 10am. Then the night before they said 12-2pm with a confirmation text. Around 2:05PM they said they were running late (after I asked where they were) and at 2:30PM I said not to bother showing up. I defended them to my wife after the first cleaning and them taking so long and that is not usually the case. These people can't be trusted to follow through with their appointments and I will never call on them again.

Scott and his crew are extremely good at what they do. They are very professional and the house was sparkling when they were done. Top notch!

I called on Saturday, and Scott said that he and his assistant would come that same afternoon. Later in the day he called to tell me that his assistant was not available but that they could come early Sunday morning. Scott arrived on time, at 7:00 in the morning, but his assistant did not show up. However, Scott did all the work by himself and was very thorough. Considering how well he did, I feel that the price was fair. I am considering having him come every two weeks to keep the main floor clean. He quoted me $88 to do it every other week. I would definitely recommend Obsessive Compulsive Deep Cleaning to my friends and neighbors and hope to use their services again very soon.

Scott was a saint and offered to come to our house last-minute when my husband had to leave town suddenly. We had company expected in a few days and I'm pushing eight months pregnant working full-time. The necessary cleaning just couldn't be done by my lonesome. Scott and I arranged a time and he showed up early, allowing me to show him around the house before leaving for work. The house looks amazing now, and I am so very grateful.

Either rescheduled or didn't confirm cleaning appointment and was then told he was no longer available at that time four times. Scott finally arrived at the house and wasn't sure what to clean, so rather than call or email me, he just left. I didn't know until tenant called me later that day to tell me what happened. I told Scott I needed it taken care of ASAP, as we were in between tenants at rental property and needed to get someone in there. He said he wouldn't be available for at least another week. Not sure if he just didn't want the job since it was only a partial house cleaning, but would have appreciated him being direct that he didn't want the job. Very frustrating as I don't live in the area and had to reschedule with tenant each time.

Outstanding work! Scott showed up on time, worked his butt off, and was able to fit in a second visit later in the week to finish up when I asked for a quick return. Comments from buyers viewing the home: "Remarkable."

Very well. Prompt response from online request with ability to meet my date requirements. Scott and his assistant, Elizabeth, were professional and efficient. Throughout the actual cleaning, Scott was very proactive in keeping me abreast of time spent/required for various tasks. Due to the size of this job, I do wish I had ask and known beforehand the constraints on using a credit card. Therefore my advice would be to have a full understanding of process of using a credit card.

House is amazingly clean, smells fresh, and Scott is so nice. Highly recommend!!

Scott responded to my request for information promptly and was on time for my cleaning appointment. He cleaned for nearly 8 hours without a break, and got our home cleaner than I think it has ever been! He did things I would never have thought to do, such as removing my drain cover in the shower to clean under it (which required a screw driver - no other cleaning company has EVER done that!)... Scott was friendly and made sure I was happy before he left. He gave great cleaning tips and tricks. We will definitely be using OCD again!

Scott responded immediately to my initial phone call and came out to do a free estimate. He was on time for the estimate and the cleaning. Our house had not been professionally cleaned and with children, dogs and a cat it needed it! Scott was efficient and thorough. The price was reasonable for the work needed. He worked around our dogs and took the time to make friends with one of our very skittish rescues. I was very pleased with the finished product. Our house looks new again! We have scheduled him to return biweekly.

Needed the cleaning done on Sunday and the provider responded quickly....service was thorough and executed in the most professional of manners...I will employ this company in the future and highly recommend them to others...

Ours is a new house and even though the builder cleaned before move-in, there was still lots of construction dust; and the movers brought a lot in (not a comment - simply a fact of life after all the activity). And most of our furniture brought in more from the old house. The result was far more then I can (or choose to) deal with. Scott was one of several cleaning service providers I called and he was the first to respond - he came by the next day and we had an agreement almost immediately. I found Scott to be prompt, professional, likable, and reasonably priced. He is quick, but quiet and thorough. I work at home during the day and hardly know he's here, but his results are outstanding. He is great with pets and our dogs warmed to him in short order.

Scott has been providing cleaning (house) services since 2011. He is in addition to being a professional, a joy to have in my home. He works with me in all aspects of the task. I even gave him a raise!
