Description of Work: Donnie, the technician, provided and assessment and an estimate. He described the treatments Guardian would provide and discussed with us in detail how the treatments would work, the pests they would control, and the schedule we could expect them to follow. He gave us clear explanations of the pests we were seeing as well as the damage the pests could cause, or were causing, as well as how their treatments would effectively eliminate the pests. We then called Guardian to schedule an appointment for treatment. Donnie showed up on time and addresses all of our concerns. As some of the treatment required a follow up to complete, he told us when he would come back - very early on a Saturday morning. On Saturday morning when I came down to get my coffee, Donnie was just finishing up and gave me a walk around to review what he had done. We also had an immediate problem with yellow jackets in my wall which Donnie took care of immediately. The other companies I had out to do assessments could not even provide an explanation for the sound I heard in my wall - the yellow jackets - much less a treatment solution. Donnie was extremely knowledgeable about all the pests we asked about, including some that Guardian does not treat - most notably our groundhog. He gave us great recommendations as to how to deal with those pests. Donnie was also very professional and personable, and I have already recommended him to some friends and neighbors, know that Guardian comes with him. | |The treatment plan we got includes termite remediation and a plan to control other pests such as spiders, ants, pillbugs, etc. The cost of service I provided includes the initial termite and pest treatment as well as the cost of the first year of continues treatments. |

Description of Work: I called Guardian for a intermittent mice problem on a friday. They called back monday morning to tell me they would be out tuesday morning. The service man arrived on time. He listened to the problem that I described. He checked around the home for possible openings that the mice could get in. He believes that they were getting upstairs thru the garage. He put out bait traps in several places. Gave me a 90 day warrenty even though we had not heard the mouse in several days.

Description of Work: We have used Guardian Pest Services at our home for years and could not even imagine using any other pest control company. Our technician, Tim, has always been MORE THAN HELPFUL answering all of our pest control questions and everyone we have spoken to at Guardian has been friendly, knowledgeable, and highly efficient. We have found Guardian to be large enough to handle ALL of our needs yet small enough to be personable and familiar with us as individuals. Their rates can't be beat and they offer online payment of their invoices which makes paying our bill super convenient.

Description of Work: They covered our vents and checked for birds in our dryer duct.
