How did it go? Super! Service was provided by Brandon. He called well before arrival to let me know that he was on his way. Once here, he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fixed it. He spread several cloth tarps around before he started and even brought his own vacuum to clean up during and after he was done. Will definitely call on Glover Enterprises again to do an annual cleaning / checkup in the fall well before the heating season begins.

Glover provided us a quote within the week of initial contact and coached us to a new fireplace that we enjoy. Within the next 1.5 months, they installed a new gas fireplace and replaced the outdated venting. Installers were on-time, professional, and immaculately clean before departure. We would hire Glover again.

Great job! Our gas insert refused to light via remote for the past year despite service by another provider. Tech called about 30 minutes before arrival to let us know he was on the way (he arrived well within the one hour service window provided) and he went right to work. He was able to find the cause of the problem and fix it in this one visit. Completely satisfied with service!

Work was professionally done with high quality. Initial install went well but delays occurred due to unforeseen weather conditions. However, some minor problems had to be re-done due to failed county inspection.

Installation was a challenge, but went well. The wood stove works well. I had a few pieces left over from the stovepipe/chimney system and will return them to Glover for a refund.

Glover Enterprises was a pleasure to do business with. All of the employees were professional, responsive and skilled. A thorough assessment and measurement was done to determine what new fireplace should be installed. The workers obviously knew just how to go about the job and worked until the job was done. A follow-up visit was made to re-install some vinyl siding. The new fireplace works beautifully. I would not hesitate to utilized the services of this company in the future.

I recently hired Glover Enterprises to install a free standing wood stove into the fire box of an existing fire place. I was very impressed with their selection of stoves to choose from (I would say the largest in the Fredericksburg area) and the helpfulness of the staff. I chose to have a Jotul F400 installed and am very happy with it. The work that was done was very professional and clean, and done in a timely manner - I told them what I was looking to have done, since it was being installed into a fireplace, and they executed it perfectly. I would definitely recommend Glover Enterprises to anyone who is looking to purchase and have a wood stove installed.

Owner came out and did initial survey. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. Had to wait awhile for insert to arrive after ordered. Installers arrived and were efficient. I would have like some more interaction with installers and explanation of system/functions of unit as this was our first time owning a pellet insert. They just seemed in a hurry. The install went fine, no issues. They were careful not to make a mess. Would recommend.

This is the second time I have had them install a pellet stove insert for us. We moved this summer and I could not live without a pellet stove. Chris, who is a joy to work with, came out and showed us the models that would work with our square footage and space. We chose the stove and Brandon and another worker came out to take out the old gas fireplace, do the install, and deliver our 4 tons of pellets. All work was done professionally and when they were done everything was cleaned up like they were never here. Brandon explained all the features of the insert. I love it, not only does it heat my home but it is beautiful.

The install went very smoothly. My chimney had a large bolt at the bottom of the old stainless steel liner and they were able to work around it and make everything operated properly. The stove looks great. The install was flawless. They were very careful to keep their work area - my living room clean. They loaded the hopper and ensured it properly lit. The in store experience was good when we were shopping. When the owner visited and gave us an estimate he was able to support an evening appointment. He diagnosed our long standing chimney issue and provided an estimate to install the stove we chose. He was great to work with and will certainly keep our business in the future.

The company could not do the work in the time that I needed. However they provided the name of another company.

Fall of 2012 Went to the store just to look at fireplace inserts to find out if ours could be repaired. Ours was 40 years old and was beyond repair. The owner's daughter answered all our questions about the new inserts. She knew a lot about all their products. Later when I did my research on-line it confirmed what she had said. Went back to the store in May (after the busy season) and made an appointment for someone to come to our home and evaluate. The owner showed up at the scheduled time and spent a few hours discussing our needs and options. He even gave us advice about buying wood and how to make sure it is dry before burning. We decided to make the purchase with complete installation. We paid half down and said there was no hurry for the install. The next week we scheduled the install for a Monday in June. When the day came the workers showed up as scheduled. Cleaned the fireplace. Installed the chimney liner. Did not touch the TV antenna that is attached to the chimney. Hauled our old insert away and they remembered to provide the log hoop and ash vacuum that we purchased. They spent several hours to do the job and tested the blower for us. They cleaned up and left nothing out of place. We had chosen Glover in part because of good reviews on Angie's list. Would highly recommend Glover's for those who want the best.

They did a nice job of cleaning. Unfortunately they were not able to finish the job because the gas company had not completed their part of the work. The price was a little higher than we expected but the technician was excellent. He was tidy and cleaned up after himself.

I chose Glover Enterprises because they were a one stop shop for every aspect of the install from the showroom floor to the final inspection from the county. I went to the showroom and dealt with Rich and picked out a fireplace. The owner, Chris Blazik came to the house to do the initial estimate and provide a quote for installation. He presented options for renting a tank versus purchasing a propane tank. It took several weeks to get the install actually accomplished, but when they arrived they were organized and professional. Chris and the installer (Brandon?) cleaned the chimney, installed the fireplace and vents, installed the 100g tank and set up everything for the code inspectors to come by. After the code inspection, the installer came back out and finalized the assembly. I was impressed with the effort they took to clean up and keep from getting old fireplace soot on the furniture and carpet when they took out the old fireplace flue and other parts. Overall, I thought the prices were a little high, but that may be due in part to moving here from another part of the country where the cost of living is less. I would recommend Glover Enterprises to a friend if they were looking for a propane fireplace.

Overall satisfactory experience. Chris in particular was very knowledgeable and beyond pleasant.

They were great. They repaired on the spot. They did not have to come back. They had the part on their truck already.

I did comparison shopping at three other local firms selling wood/pellet stoves. Visited the shop and found that Glover offered a broad selection, had numerous floor models (larger than the local competition) and offered the best price on the hardware, pellet fuel and labor. Salesman was extremely knowledgeable and was willing to bargain. Saleman visited my home to personally assess my needs, fireplace compatibility and to finalize the estimate. Ascertained that the firm has substantial business in Prince William County and can be relied on for service and repair. Professional crew installed both pellet stove inserts and thermostats, tested the inserts and cleaned up before departing.
