GEORGE'S POWERWASHING

The experience went well. My house was very dirty and in need of washing. Service over the phone was excellent. Took the time to understand what it is I needed, coordinated with me very well. Did not need to be at home when the work was done. Payment was arranged over the phone, making it convenient for me. No regrets from the experience. Confidently would recommend again.

The gentleman who performed the powerwashing service was very professional, cheerful and friendly. I showed him where the hose was and he took it from there. After the washing was completed, we walked around together and looked at his work. The siding looked like new, even in the hard to reach areas.

We were actually out of town when it was done, so I can't say whether or not they were punctual. However, we were very pleased with how nice and clean our home looked when we returned.

I contacted two companies on Angie?s List to get estimates to power wash my home. I ultimately chose George?s Powerwashing based on how courteous, personable, professional both George and his receptionist Rita Berg treated me. There was green mildew on several sections of the house?s vinyl siding. George uses a low pressure system with cleaners (including bleach) which cleaned the siding. George took care to ensure that nothing was disturbed or damaged (including plants) by the work. My husband and I are very pleased with the work. We are also pleased that the odor of the chemicals used was very mild. I would highly recommend his service to anyone who asks. We shall definitely start bringing George's Powerwashing back on a regular basis to keep the outside of our house looking good.

Our house of nine years, definitely in need of the power wash. I contacted several power washing companies on the Angie's list and George's Power Washing replied to me promptly. I did receive one other reply but was told even for a estimate it would be August or September. Rita Berg was very courteous, professional and personable. We communicated both by telephone and email. Due to weather it took a couple of weeks for the work to be performed but when the weather let up, our house now looks like it did nine years ago. The north facing side of our house was what we were most worried about. Now it looks brand new. It had years of moss built up due to it facing do north. Our white vinyl railing on our front porch looks like it did three years ago when we had it added to the house. The windows that are 8' on our four season sunroom that was added on our house four years ago are sparkling. My husband and I were very pleased with the work. Pleased that the odor of the chemical used was very mild. We would definitely hire George's Power Washing again and will not wait another nine years to do so.

We had a very good experience. They did a really good job. We would highly recommend them to everybody. They were very good about informing us about what they were going to use. They told us the benefit that we would have and shared some of the experience that they had with cleaning other people's houses & the differences that they saw. We didn't have any experience with any other pressure washing company.

This job went very well. I'm happy with the results of the power washing. I didn't find any missed spots and the house and garage look fantastic.

It's all nice. They're very professional, quick and did a great work with a little amount of money charged. If people see a cheap number, 'oh it must be a cheap job' but no they did a good job.

George's was very responsive from the get-go. A very friendly family-owned business. George went above and beyond to ensure my deck and house looked great before we hosted a big party. He even made sure the plastic deck box looked like new (which I hadn't even asked for...I just assumed I'd have to buy a new one because it looked so bad!). Would definitely hire this business again.

I believe that Geogre did an "OUTSTANDING" job on our house. This is our first thorough cleaning since the house was purchased in 2004. When we got home, George was already gone. You definitely saw the difference on the whole house. My wife was quite satisfied except for the smell of the bleach. (Rita however told me that was going to happen prior to the house being done). Great job George. I would use again for sure.

Arrived on time, extremely professional and thorough. They made sure all of my plants and furniture were far enough out of the way and covered. House looks great! Will absolutely use them again!!

I have used him several times. Always does a good job. Once you use him, the price remains constant. He does all his work from the ground-no ladders to damage siding.

Overall it went well. George offered the hot wax deal and stated that I would essentially get a free window cleaning as a result. So I opted for the hot wax special. The exterior of the windows were not clean and contained streaks after the power washing. I assume this was because the screens were still on the exterior windows, but I was never informed to remove them. So, now I have to clean all the exterior windows, something I was trying to avoid. He was punctual and pleasant to work with. However, if you go with the hot wax treatment, ensure you remove your screens first so you actually get clean windows.

All aspects of the work went well from initial contact, scheduling, work itself, and clean-up afterward.

House had been neglected for some time and desperately needed to be cleaned. George was prompt, courteous, professional, and had a good work ethic. Was very thorough and the end result was impressive. Very pleased overall, but especially impressed with the porch - thought it needed to be repainted but all it really needed was to be cleaned by someone who takes pride in their work. Thanks George, really made a difference!

It didn't. George's didn't respond to my requests.

George & Rita answered all our questions and were very friendly and accommodating. My husband & I, being arthritic seniors, needed a bit more advance notice in order to move stuff out from under the carport & they obliged. George is one of the few contractors that will clean a roof if it is not too steep. Our house is almost 40 years old and the current roof is 10--both were pretty discolored. The vinyl siding on the house had mildew and oxidation. The vinyl wrap around the windows was streaked with gray mold. The pretty red brick stoop/walkway looked brown, as did our driveway. George did a great job, working late & even returning promptly to re-treat and get rid of a couple of stubborn streaks of oxidation. We were concerned that high pressure might cause some damage like we experienced a few years ago from another powerwash company. George took care, letting the chemical cleaners do the heavy work instead of blasting away at the dirt and damaging our property. We have already recommended his company to our neighbors and will use him again to keep our place looking as nice as it does now.

The customer service provided by Rita and George was outstanding, the best we have experienced from any company in our 30 years of travels with the military and Federal employment. The house is looking so clean and fresh! George was on time and worked around our schedule. The work he did was excellent. We would definitely recommend George's Powerwashing to friends, family and neighbors. Thank you George and Rita!
