The company did a great job. I received a nearly immediate response to my inquiry and an appointment was made within a couple of days of the inquiry. The technician was punctual and kept me informed. Would definitely use them again.

Excellent job and professional service! George called when he said he would, showed up as promised, and made our house look beautiful! We were prepping to sell the house, and George's attention to detail made our windows, trim, and siding look new & fresh. Very neat... left our property in perfect condition. Fair price and quality service, and we are looking forward to working with this company again.

Scheduled work was completed on time, however, when I called back with an issue it took 3 to 4 weeks to resolve and that is with me staying on top of it.

I contacted Rita in late May for an estimate to power wash and seal the deck on my townhouse along with the fence. She responded promptly and I received a thorough estimate right away. You cannot beat their price and their service was great. Once I contacted them to actually schedule the work, I was able to get on their schedule within about 10 days. George did a great job! From my conversations with both George and Rita, I gather that they really take pride in the work they do and the customer service they provide. I will most definitely use them again and will not hesitate to recommend them to friends.

My wife noticed George in the neighborhood while on her daily walk and noticed George cleaning one of our neighbor's home and was impressed and asked for his card. Our first contact was with Rita who was pleasant and informative. Got a call night before stating job would be done the next day. When George arrived, we discussed the job and options for the roof. Job was completed and we are quite happy.

When asking George about additional options for cleaning and sealing our deck, he was honest, telling us not to waste our money - that he could perform the services, but we didn't need them. We appreciated his focus on what we needed, rather than on up-selling additional services we didn't need. He delivered.

I read a lot of reviews for what I thought were the top 4 providers. I picked George because I felt the good reviews emphasized his integrity and the thoroughness of his work more than any other aspects. I felt the bad reviews were fairly minor. I also paid attention to the tone of the replies Rita gave to bad reviews. I was not disappointed. I felt he did an excellent job at a fair price. Our goal was to get our siding clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by how the windows turned out. There was a window that my wife had tried unsuccessfully to get clean. We didn't expect any miracles and did not mention it to George, but it was clean when he was done. Whatever solution he uses is very effective. Would it have been nice to be updated throughout the day as to when he was going to actually arrive? Yes, but that didn't happen. There's room for improvement there. But the bottom line for me was the quality of work done and the price. We plan to use him every year going forward.

Rita is very friendly & reliable in scheduling appointments. George arrived as scheduled and when he was finished the house & windows literally sparkled. I'm pretty picky, & he told me he couldn't remove a stain from the siding on one side of the house. I looked at it but couldn't really see any difference--so he's a contractor that's pickier than I am! George works hard & quickly & is very friendly and professional. This is the second job he's done for us & we will use him again. I've recommended him to my neighbors.

George's was great, very responsive, he came promptly and gave us a very good price for power washing a dirty patio. We had moss growing all through the patio that we wanted out to be able to show our house. He did a fantastic job, and got an enormous amount of dirt off our patio despite few places for the water to wash off. Amazingly, he also got out pretty much all the moss. He cleaned off the windows and siding that was splashed, and the sides of pots that were splashed.

Wonderful! They showed up in a van with very long hoses and they got the job done in about an hour and a half. It wasn't as noisy as I thought it would be. They used some bleach, but the bleach smell wasn't very strong. They didn't have any problem reaching the highest parts of the house despite the fact that we're on a hill and part of the 2nd floor is actually higher than a 3rd floor. Bottom line: the house was filthy and now it's clean. Even the windows are clean.

I reached out to George's Power washing back in September and was quoted a price of $425 for a whole house pressure washing. I was told by Rita that "that's the price that you will pay; we don't tell you one price and then change it when we come out". We were finally ready to have them come out in early October. When George arrived on Monday, October 13th, he quoted us $500 for 2 sides of our house. He was not comfortable doing the other 2 sides because of a coy pond/creek in the back. He does not use environmentally friendly detergent, so his bleach solution could harm the fish. Coincidentally, we have since then had the entire house cleaned including the deck that is above the pond. This was done by another provider who we found in Angie's List who uses environmentally friendly products. I was very disappointed in my experience with George's Powerwashing and would not use them again nor would I recommend them to anyone else.
