George power washed the siding and brick on my townhome and did an excellent job. George was very prompt and polite, and provided his services for a very reasonable price. Rita, who manages the office was a pleasure to talk to. She was extremely responsive and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend George's Powerwashing and will certainly request their services again in the future.

George returned our phone call for service very quickly and quoted us a reasonable price. He showed up as scheduled and did a great job. We were very pleased.

I had an ok experience although I thought George's pricing was a big high for the work ($200 for a shed and 3/4 of the perimeter of the fence. He also wasn't able to get some spots off on the shed which he attributed to some bacteria from mulch. Overall, I was disappointed but certainly wasn't wowed either.

Service was prompt, good price, and well done. George delivered as expected. House looks great and all of the mildew is gone without any damage to the siding from pressure washing.

Fantastic service, explained the process and told us about oxidation of aluminum siding. I am planning on having George back next year!

after having powerwashing done, it was advised that the boards would need replacement, which added additional cost to this project. The powerwashing was useless when it was determined that the deck boards were damaged and could not hold the stain that was agreed to.

I have been concerned with power washing since water can get behind siding and do damage. Rita and George assured me that they do a low power wash and that shouldn't be a concern. The price for the whole house was reasonable and he was able to come earlier than planned. I was totally amazed at the results! Mildew that I couldn't get off the columns on the front porch were clean and white again. All mold and mildew and dirt were gone. I hadn't had the house washed in many years - it was wonderful to see the house clean and shiny again!

George did a great job. The screened porch has beige painted pickets. I had tried hand scrubbing them in years past and limited imptovement. George came in and in 20 minutes, the whole porch was clean and fresh looking and he didn't damage any of the screens. Great work! Very Happy!

This company had me measure and photograph my deck so they could give me a estimate. They never came to my home and never did give me a estimate.

Absolutely top-notch work. Powerwashed deck, let it dry for a few days, then resealed. Also replaced several deck boards. Looks new. Very reasonably priced.

Rita was very upfront about some of my issues that they may not be able to clean. When George was finished, the house looks like brand new. He was able to clean all of my problem areas and was prompt and fast. His price was less than other estimated I had. I am still in awe that my house looks like new. Thanks again for your service. I am sorry I didn't hire you sooner.

After consultation with George and Luis, it was determined that the original deck planking was ruined by homeowner due to past waterproofing applications. Luis suggested that replacing the planking would benefit myself (homeowner) in the long run and by staining over the bad planking would be a waste of my money, with less than desired results. We decided that new planking would achieve the results with the stain application even though our budget would be higher than expected due to this additional work. Luis replaced the planking and after 1 month (aging), stained it. We are very pleased with the results and the professionalism, attention to detain and communication with George, Rita and Luis. I would definitely recommend George's Powerwashing for future work.

George, Rita, and Luis were helpful and professional throughout the process, and they made arrangements to have the work completed within our tight schedule. They provided guidance on options and were responsive to questions/concerns to ensure we were fully satisfied with the results.

George called the night before to let me know they were coming the next day (Tuesday) to powerwash the decks and fence, He said we needed to wait a few days to make sure they dried before the stain was applied. The weather cooperated and the staining was scheduled for the following Friday. Louis did a great job with the staining. My neighbors even complimented his work and how careful they were when spraying. George and his wife were so very nice and it was a pleasant surprise no payment was required until all work was completed and I was satisfied. A fantastic experience. I've already recommended George's Powerwashing to another friend.

Rita called almost immediately and we arranged a time for George to come out and do the powerwashing. Both of them were very easy to deal with and we found the price extremely reasonable - it included an anti-mildew treatment which will help our siding keep in good shape for longer. The price also included powerwashing of a strip which technically belongs to our neighbor: we are in a townhouse which is staggered slightly behind one house and above the next, so George took care of both of those edges for the price even though we are technically only responsible for one (as Rita said, not cleaning that strip would keep the front of our house from looking its best). We appreciated the thoroughness and are very pleased with the results.
