Description of Work: I called the last week in August and requested power washing for our home. I was given a price quote on the phone based on their review of aerial photos of the home and a few questions. The based price was $250 and an additional $30 for wax applied. I was told the work was weather dependent and I would be called the following week. True to their word they called Sep 2 and came out Sep 3. They did a very nice job and no change in price. I would call them again and would recommend to others.

Aplogies for the confusion. I tell all our customers we are a weather based business and we will call the day prior to coming based upon the weather reports. There are times the weather changes from what the weather channel calls for and we have to re route our schedules that why I like calling the day prior. Description of Work: Scheduling was easy and the results awesome! George did an excellent job! He removed all of the mold from the siding on 3 sides of a single family home. He also cleaned mold and dirt from a deck, a patio, an area way and steps from the basement, and the front walk and stoop. I would highly recommend his work and professionalism to all of my family and friends.

Description of Work: It took a long time from the time I initially made contact with the company before he was in my area to give a quote. Once onsite, he did a great job although he forgot to do my back patio and I had to recontact him to finish. He responded very quickly and did an excellent job.

Apologies for the timeframe it took George to do the estimate. We do them for free when we're in the area doing other homes to help conserve on fuel and time. We are a small family owned business and strive to make every customer happy. Also, when we did you work that was peak season for our type of business I do admit that we were booking out two weeks, but be assured we did the estimate as soon as we could. George does all the work himself - no contractors - employees - that don't take pride in their work. George will only do it because this is our lively hood and he does every job himself.
