Excellent job! He called the night before to arrange his visit. He said he would be here around 1pm, but he didn't get here until about 3pm. No problem this day, luckily we didn't have plans to go anywhere. House looks great, brick stoop looks 100% better and I expected the windows to be spotty and streaked but they looked good too! Will definitely use George's again!

George and Rita were very amenable to my schedule as I needed to be home when the wowrk was done due to a sump pump issue I have at my house, George rearranged his schedule to meet my needs. I have had bad experiences in the past with other powerwashing companies, and it was nice to finally have a great experience. I would use George again and I have also recommended him to my neighbors. You will not be sorry for choosing George's powerwashing.

I've been trying to get my deck cleaned and stained for several months. I've called companies that never called me back. When I was finally able to get someone out to the house to give me a quote, they said I didn't have adequate water pressure and would need to have someone with a tank do the work. On March 18, 2012, I found George's Powerwashing on Angies List. I liked the reviews I read and called him shortly thereafter. I left a message and asked that he call me back as soon as possible. George called me back within 5 minutes! He was able to look up my records based on my address, so he had a good idea of the size of the deck and was able to give me an approximate price quote over the phone. He said he had a tank, so the water pressure would not be a problem. I told him I would have to be home while he performed the work as I have dogs who would continue to bark if I was not present. I gave him two possible dates that I could be home, and he said he would try to schedule the work on one of those dates. I talked with either George or Rita a few more times before he came to the house to power wash it on April 4. Because of the condition of the deck and the different stains colors on it, he said he could not seal it using the product he had. He recommended I hire a professional painter to stain the deck with a solid stain to give it a uniform appearance. I told him I wanted to do the work myself, so he gave me some tips on how to stain the deck. Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of work performed and the professionalism and responsiveness of both George and Rita. I would highly recommend George's Powerwashing.

Hired them on an ad - not through Angie's List. Was not at home when they did the job (wasn't necessary). They did a very good job and even included the railings on my front porch and a chair/ I believe that was above and beyond what to expect. Yes, I will hire them again.

Called the day before to confirm appt and requested that we remove all screens, arrived at the appt time, was friendly and courteous, explaining the process and was done in about an hour.

I am a first time Angie's List user, and I was very pleased with the results. I looked at the profiles of several merchants on the site, and selected George's Powerwashing because he had multiple glowing reviews and because his description of the method that he would use to powerwash my home was very much in sync with my research of do's and don'ts when powerwashing a house. When I contacted this company, he and his staff were very professional and pleasant to speak with. When we agreed on services and scheduled a time for him to perform the service, he kept in contact with me during every step of the process. My home looks great!

Called a couple of powerwashing companies for estimates and Was told they won't powerwash in the month of Feb. I needed to Have it done in Feb because we are putting the house on the market in March. George was accomodating and said as long as the weather was okay, he would do it. Within 1 week of calling him, he was here as promised. He did a wonderful job and was very pleasant to work with. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone.

We were very pleased with the service. George was very friendly. He didn’t do anything that we didn’t want done. We asked a person that we had hired before him to clean the house and clean the deck too. We didn’t know it but he was supposed to spray the deck with oil. He didn’t do it and so it all dried up. George cleaned everything up and we were very happy with his work.

George's wife provided an estimate on the telephone with dimensions I gave her but I asked for an on-site estimate because I thought my deck may be more complicated than most. George confirmed the estimate and performed the deck cleaning exactly on the scheduled time. I was concerned about pressure cleaning but I saw no evidence of damage and George thoroughly cleaned the deck. He came back a few days later to do the sealing. Again, he came exactly on time. I am very happy with the work and the professional service received from George's Powerwash.

This is how service should be. They kept in touch with me regarding the dates, Rita was able to quote me an estimate over the phone based on my measurements and it was spot on. The deck is composite material and it looks like a brand new deck after 5 years of not being pressure washed. We're very pleased with them and will be our first call when it's time to clean the deck on our new home. Thanks George & Rita!

Great! I will definitely use George's Powerwashing the next time the house needs to be washed. I called the number and reached George's wife, who was extremely friendly and professional. She looked up my home in a database and provided the price quote over the phone, then recommended I have the gutters cleaned prior to George powerwashing the home. She provided two names of individuals who could clean the gutters, and asked me to contact her once the gutters were finished. When I called her to say the gutters were done, she was eager to hear how the person to whom she had referred me had performed, and stated she wanted to be sure that people were pleased with the services of those to whom she was referring business. She said it would likely be a couple of days before George could get to the house. However, that evening he called and asked if he could come the next morning. Unfortunately, I had just scheduled a plumber to come the following day, and knew the water would be turned off, so I had to decline. Two or three days later, George called again and asked if I was ready to have him come the next day. The next morning he showed up bright and early and cleaned the house, steps and porch exceptionally well. The house looks brand new. He even sprayed off our deck, which was very dirty. From the first call to the outstanding job, George and his wife were professional, communicated with us, and did exceptional work. I will definitely refer their service to others, and use them again in the future.

They have been great. We have used them for about four or five years. Once George set your price, that is your price forever. The price doesn't change from year to year as long as nothing changes size wise. He comes out when he says he will come out. He does a good job.

Not only did George's wife call me back on a Sunday to follow up, but George bent over backwards to meet my deadline. The house is 25 years old and had never been power washed, and it looks remarkably improved. George came back a second time to wash the deck and waited until the weather was right to apply sealant. Very, very pleased with his work. He always showed up when he said he would, and kept me informed along the way. Great guy!

Everything about George's Powerwashing was very good. He was very helpful, very cooperative, and very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job although I realized several weeks later that he had missed a couple of conspicuous spots in the rear of the house. I will be calling him back in spring to do my deck.

Let me start by saying that George did an excellent job with this project. He was very professional and explained what he would be doing and the house/deck cleaning process. I did not find him through Angie's list, but he provided three references who spoke very highly of his work. I have a very large deck, over 45 feet wide and all other estimates were considerably higher. My deck looked horrible before the wash. I felt like it needed to be sanded not washed. After George washed the deck, my first words were, "Wow!" If I didn't see it myself, I would not have believed it. The house both bricks and siding, stoop and steps all looked great. I asked George if he was on Angie's list so I could write this review. Two days after the wash, George came back to stain the deck. The deck and house both look fantastic!

Very well. I received estimates from several services, some higher and some lower than George's. I had some questions about the amount of cutting back I needed to do for plantings surrounding the deck and wanted to discuss stubborn stains on the siding. He was not responsive at first but once we spoke on the phone, I got what I needed. Wolman's doesn't show him on their web site list of certified contractors because, according to them, he hasn't submitted the required information. This concerned me at first but they told me he is indeed certified.

I was very pleased. I called and George answered the phone. He instructed me exactly on the process of cleaning and sealing. He told me work would be completed within two weeks. It was actually completed earlier. He called the day before to let me know he'd be coming to my home the next day, he told me it would be afternoon and he came as expected. The deck looked GREAT after the cleaning. I was very impressed with his equipment. He explained the deck cleaning process to me as well. Next, he told me that he would return in two to three days to seal the deck after drying. He called the evening prior as he did with the cleaning and told me he'd be out the next day to seal. He came as expected and did a wonderful job. I've never had my deck look this good since it was new. He explained to me to stay off the deck for 24 hours so I wouldn't drag the sealer in my home. Very impressed with his professionalism and patience in explaining everything to me. No payment until work was complete.
