Goerge came out an powerwashed the house and gave an estimate for the deck. Service was good.

Husband and Wife team, Rita was my first contact by email and phone, she answered all my questions about the method of application and George actually does the work. George also answered additional questions, there are no ladders for safety reasons and his equipment is in tip top shape. He takes pride in his work and the house looked great. I will use his service again, very prompted and communication is excellent.

The service technician was very professional and thorough. He did a thorough job of prepping and cleaning up after the job was done. I would difinitely consider using this company again for my exterior siding power washing.

Rita was an absolute pleasure to speak with. She was very polite, and accomodating. Great follow up too. I did end up going with a company I had spoken to prior to contacting George's Powerwashing, but if I hadn't I would have gone with Georges. I would not hesitate to call upon them again.

Great service. Communication from George was top notch. I appreciated that I did not have to be home to when he did this and when I arrived home from work I was very pleased with the service George provided. Our house had not been power washed in a long time. After George power washed our house it was very clean and looked great. I was very pleased with the service I received and would use his servives again as well as recommend to others.

When I got home I couldn't believe how great the deck looked -- almost brand new! I couldn't even open the door to go outside before because I didn't want the mold to get inside, but now I can have fresh air again. He did an awesome job, was very conscientious, and has a lot of integrity. I would recommend him to anyone.

George performed the wash while I was away which I was worried about because I'm very particular. George out did himself and I was very impressed. He even cleaned our walkup for free on his own. I personally thought the price was a little high but his excellent was well worth it. Will definitely use again.

Called George's...lady that answered was really nice. It took several weeks before George came out and it was a last minute call asking if that afternoon was ok. I was fine with that, but would not actually be at home to see it. When I came home from work the house looked cleaner and thankfully not too bleachy. Overall very happy with the cleaning. The lady that answered the initial call said I could pay by phone with credit card or mail a check. I decided to call with credit card number which I did within 5 days of cleaning. Then a week later while on vacation, I received a call at 7:30 in the morning from the lady asking for my credit card number. Her message seemed to indiciate I had never provided by credit card number and she needed it before the end of the day for her accountant. I called her back when I returned from vacation several days later and she then stated she thought she had accidently shred my credit card number and needed it again. I provided it again and now almost 3 weeks later the charge is made. So, the only issue I have is the recordkeeping is not the best, but the house looks much better.

George called me back the same day. He explained his process and gave me a partial estimate over the phone - he had to see the patio before he could price that. He called the next week to set the date and on that day he arrived on time and completed the cleaning. He was extremely professional and did excellent work. We had one section of siding that had years of mold on it and by the time he was done everything looked brand new. Will definitely use his services in the future.

Wonderful; George and his assistant came and they were very professional and cleaned my deck super cleaned. The walkway had mildew and now the walkway looks brand new. They both did an excellent job and I commend them for their hard work! I would highly recommend this company anytime. I had contacted other companies and one company said that the stains on my deck will not disappear, however, when George's Power washing came, they did a phenomenal job. They are an A plus company and the price is excellent. I will definitely use them again next year; they are highly recommended! I would be remiss if I did not mention Rita. When I think of customer service, I think of Rita. She is very professional and responded to my emails in a timely fashion. When I contacted George's Power Washing, Rita was very courteous and cooperative in trying to meet my schedule. I scheduled the cleaning for a Friday, when I scheduled to be off work. It was necessary to schedule that day because I was expecting out-of-town visitors on Saturday, and I wanted to get the home cleaned before their arrival. As it turned out, George was able to perform the cleaning on a Wednesday, two days earlier than scheduled. The job took George longer than estimated due to the excessive mildew on the siding, but the process (repeated use of detergent and third-story high power wash capability) certainly did the job. All mildew was gone and the siding looked like new again. We were extremely impressed and will definitely reschedule with George at least annually from now on. Thanks Rita and George for your professionalism and pride in your family company. You deserve all the accolades that you have received, whether it be by Angie's List or the Better Business Bureau. Your hard work and choice of procedures and equipment has proven very successful.

Removed all built up algae, dirt and bees nests. I called on a Tuesday, and considering my heavy travel schedule, managed to squeeze me into their schedule the next day. They were extremely responsive, pleasant to deal with and did a good job. I will be using them on an annual basis!

Rita responded to my request for estimate very promptly. Wanted house power washed and deck power washed and stained. George called when he got onsite and told me that, due to the present stain on my deck, he could not make it look as good as I wanted so he requested that I forgo the deck maintenance. I appreciated his candor and professionalism in making that determination. He did an outstanding job on the house and walkway. Highly recommend George's Powerwashing!

We were scheduled for service within 1-2 days after calling the company and receiving an estimate. The date of the service (power washing), George and his assistant arrived at the stated time, and were very personable and professional. I don't know what type of cleaning agents he uses, but I am thoroughly pleased and impressed by how clean our deck looks (and it is only 2 years old)! Definitely a HUGE difference from the last company we used to power wash the deck!! Would highly recommend George's Power Washing to anyone :-)

Our tall two story home was covered with moss and George's Power-washing removed it all. In addition, he cleaned the exterior windows. I liked the fact that he did not use high water pressure. He stood on the ground to spray the house, used a safe detergent and wax coating to stop moss growth. He guaranteed his work for a year. Our home still looks fresh and clean.

Tech showed up on time, Instructed us what to do and proceded to complete the job

Very good. Does not use ladders so cannot reach high parts of home, a negative. Uses a biodegradable detergent then light power wash. Process does not tear up deck or remove sheen from aluminum siding

Yesterday, I called to set up an appointment, and today George came by. He was honest and helpful in making suggestions to me about what course of action to take.

Very happy. He was able to come sooner than expected and called the night before. The work was done well, and he was careful with the landscaping and garden areas around the house.

Responsive commuinicaion prior to the work being done; timely arrival; and great care taken to move potted plants so as not to get cleaner in them. Although it was light rain the day the work was done and I did not go out to inspect the job at the time, once the weather cleared - after they were gone - I was extremely pleased. All the dirt and light algae had disappeared. I would certainly use them again...not just for the quality of the job completed, but especially because the person taking calls was so thorough!
